Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand position requirements.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Assist in the development of employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.

• Participate in requirements analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
• Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages
• Test and deploy applications and systems
• Revise, update, refactor and debug code
• Improve existing software
• Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support

• Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC))

• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
• Understanding of Agile methodologies

Presents recommendations and findings to internal and external customers including Legal, Compliance, HR, Outside Counsel, and Law Enforcement.

Develops and maintains processes, procedures, and methodologies for collecting and analyzing digital evidence.

Maintains strong working relationships with other corporate investigation team members, subject matter experts, 3rd party vendors, and outside law firms.
