Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in modern backend technologies and scalable web application development. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications

Required Qualifications

Experience & Background

• 12+ years of overall software development experience

• 8-10+ years of hands-on experience with PHP, preferably using Yii framework or similar MVC

frameworks

• 3+ years of technical leadership or team lead experience

• Proven track record in fullstack development with significant contributions to web and backend

systems

Technical Expertise

• Expert-level proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), PHP, and JavaScript

• Advanced experience with Vue.js (Vue 2/3, Vuex, Vue Router) and modern frontend

development practices

• Deep understanding of SQL and database design principles

• Production experience with PostgreSQL and complex database operations

• Proficient in version control systems (Git/GitHub) and collaborative development workflows

Leadership & Soft Skills

• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and drive project deliveries

The Role

We’re looking for a Founding Full-Stack Engineer who thrives in 0→1 environments. You’ll take ownership of architecture, design, and execution across backend, web, and mobile (iOS/Android) — helping shape both the product and the culture of the company.

You’ll be joining at the earliest stage — working directly with the founding team on everything from feature development to infrastructure decisions and product strategy.

As a Development Lead, you will oversee and lead a team of software developers. Your primary goal is to guide the team towards successful development of high-quality software, while fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
