Senior Fullstack Developer for Startup

Position : Web Developer (.Net Core)

Job Description:      

Min 2 to 4 Years of experience in C# and ASP.NET, Web application development.

Knowledge about cloud programming or migration to cloud is preferred.

 Mandatory skills:

• Proficient in Web Application development using ASP.NET, C# with .Net version 4.0 / 4.5.
• Experience with SQL Server or any other equivalent Database and know how to build efficient queries.
• Strong knowledge on jQuery, AJAX, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and Bootstrap.
• Experience in debugging in multiple browsers.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Clear understanding of SVN or an equivalent VCS.
• Familiar with IIS and deploying code to Web Server.
• Should have excellent analytical and communication skills.

 Responsibilities:

• Good hands on designing, coding, debugging, technical problem solving, and writing Unit Test cases, etc.
• Translate use cases into functional applications
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Help maintain code quality
• Able to work well in a team setting

 Academic Qualifications Required:

•  B.E. / B.Tech. /MSC in Computer Science or IT.

• Lead the delivery of high quality, innovative, flexible and scalable technical solutions that meet business requirements.
• Design, Develop, Test and maintain software applications.
• Perform hands-on coding and provide thoughtful code reviews.
• Demonstrate ability to work within an agile team as well as collaborate with many other teams on design and implementation strategies.
• Follow SCRUM Agile Development methodology
• Problem Solving and ability to present ideas - Self-motivated, Open-minded, User Focused, Adaptive.
• Generate guidelines for other web designers to match visual design intent.
• Experience in building web application using ReactJS as the frontend framework.
• Expertise in using JavaScript framework.
• Have worked on REST client and WebSockets
• Be able to write Unit tests using a framework like Jasmine, Enzyme etc.
• Have experience in using any of the Build scripts.
• Proficient understanding of GitHub or other version control systems
• Strong programming basics, with a clear understanding of Object-Oriented and Functional programming.
• Expert in developing backend application with RESTful API's Using Rest Framework
• Understanding creation of website layout/user interfaces by using standard HTML5, CSS3, jQuery.
• Experience in Bootstrap4 or CSS pre-processor like Less or Sass is desirable.
• Low-Latency UI, Page optimization, and bundle build + caching.

Responsibilities:-

Participate in requirements analysis.

Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture.

Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages.

Test and deploy applications and systems.

Revise, update, refactor and debug code.

Improve existing software.

Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).

Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support.

Requirements and skills:-

Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer.

Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC)).

Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3.

Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC).

Understanding of Agile methodologies.

Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

4. Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.

5. Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.

6. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

7. Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.

8. Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.

9. Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.

      10. Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.

Technical Lead Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s/Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

2. A 3-4 years of experience in a similar role would be advantageous.

3. In-depth experience in working with Reactjs and Go.

4. Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.

5. Experience with blockchain technology preferable.

6. Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
