Job Description: Customer Support Executive

Position: Customer Support Executive

 Experience: 1-4 years

CTC: 4-4.5 LPA (Fixed)

Working Days: 6 days a week

Location: Work from Office

 Shift: Rotational shifts with rotational week off

Language: Proficiency in English and Hindi required

 Transportation: No cab facility provided

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a positive and effective manner.

- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.

- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

- Go the extra mile to engage customers and build strong relationships.

- Provide product and service information to customers.

- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven customer support experience.

- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

- Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have a minimum 4+ YOE in B2B SaaS / Enterprise Tech sales, preferably in ERP, CAD, or Factory Automation tools.

Mandatory (Experience 2): At least 3+ YOE selling ERP solutions or CAD Softwares.

Mandatory (Experience 3): Proven track record in offline / field sales and experience in selling complex solutions.

Mandatory (Tools): Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.)

Mandatory (Company): Experience in B2B SaaS Product companies or IT/Tech Services companies.

Mandatory (Note 1) - Total experience should not be more than 7 Years.

Mandatory (Note 2) - Overall Expected CTC should not be more than 15L

The ideal candidate must be a seasoned, high-energy professional possessing a strong sense of urgency with a strong performance-based track record of success. He or she must be capable of make cold calling and achieve the assigned sales target and eventually generate revenues for the organization. Make the sales pitch according the customers behaviour and requirements.

• Design and Build sophisticated and highly scalable apps using flutter.
• Build custom packages in Flutter using the functionalities and APIs already available in native Android and IOS.
• Translate and Build the designs and Wireframes into high quality responsive UI code.
• Write efficient queries for core Data.
• Explore feasible architectures for implementing new features.
• Resolve any problems existing in the system and suggest and add new features in the complete system.
• Suggest space and time efficient Data Structures.
• Follow the best practices while developing the app and also keeping everything structured and well documented.
• Document the project and code efficiently.
• Manage the code and project on Git in order to keep in sync with other team members and managers.
• Interact with the Product Manager to help understand end-user feedback.
• Ensure security guidelines are always followed while developing the app.
• Suggest new features and/or enhancements.
• Maintain software through product lifecycle including design, development, verification and bug fixes.
• Resolve all the bugs in a timely manner.
• Execute app verification protocol.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in Java or Golang
• Good to have exposure to ML

• A Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering from a reputed institute (preferably IITs, NITs, or other top engineering institutes)

• Develop Hybrid Mobile Apps in the Ionic Framework
• Standard code development with proper convention, formatting and comments
• 3rd party APIs Plugin integrations web/hybrid app
• Communicate with US-based client

• 4 + year experience in Ionic is must.
• Knowledge of web fundamentals like Angular, Ionic Framework (up to 4), JavaScript, Typescript , AJAX, JSON, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, and MySQL.
• Experience in system analysis, design, workflow architecture & development.
• Experience in Agile Development process.
