Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design compelling visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, emailers, websites, and print materials.
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute creatives that align with our brand.
• Maintain visual consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
• Contribute to the evolution of our visual brand identity.
• Edit and retouch images for use across platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 0 - 1 years of design experience (agency or in-house).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDraw). Bonus points for After Effects or Premiere Pro.
• A strong grasp of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• A sharp eye for detail and a passion for pixel-perfect design.
• Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A creative portfolio that speaks for itself.

 Nice-to-Haves:

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing.
