Marketing & Business Development Manager (Web & Mobile Applications)

• Strong experienced UX / Product Designer profile with a focus on Mobile Apps
• Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 4+ YOE in UX / Product Design, with a strong experience in B2C Mobile Apps
• Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have Managed a team of 1–2 Designers (Lead or above in current role, Senior Designer designation can be considered if Team leading is explicitly mentioned in CV)
• Mandatory (Portfolio): Must have a strong UX-focused portfolio showcasing case studies, user research work, with strong designs for Mobile Apps (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

Interview Panel Sourcing: Identify and connect with senior IT professionals to onboard them as freelance interview panelists on our platform.

Candidate Engagement: Reach out to experienced IT professionals, explain the benefits of joining Incruiter, and convince them to register as interviewers.

Boolean Search & Sourcing: Utilize Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals to find suitable panelists.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with senior IT professionals to ensure long-term engagement with our platform.

Client JD Alignment: Understand various job descriptions from different clients to ensure the right panelists are onboarded for relevant technical assessments.

TAT Adherence: Ensure quick turnaround time for onboarding interview panelists based on business requirements.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Freshers with prior 3-6 months of internship experience in IT Recruitment.

Strong understanding of IT technologies and job roles.

Proficiency in sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Boolean search.

Excellent follow-up skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hands-on, fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity.

Excellent communication and persuasion skills to onboard senior IT professionals.

Ability to multitask and meet onboarding targets within the defined timelines.

 Design and build web applications with React and TypeScript, ensuring high-quality and responsive

user interfaces.

 Write unit tests and integration tests using Jest to ensure code reliability, performance, and

scalability.

 Ensure performance optimization, code modularity, and maintainability of applications

·        Interpreting lessons in Sign language and supporting in conducting Sign Language workshops for Corporates.

·        Conduct training program as per the curriculum of Y4J.

·        Coordinate with Y4J partner companies for On Job Training (OJT) and placement of trained candidate.

Role Overview:

This is fully a remote role, but the employer needs to fly down to the office in Kolkata for 5–6 days every month. Plane tickets and accommodation will be reimbursed by the company.

• Creating C#.NET windows Desktop (WPF) applications to meet project specifications
• Must have experience in windows UI
• Co-ordinating design, development, testing, debugging and implementation of .NET projects
• Database Interaction (MongoDB Server)
