Requirements

• Senior SD4 engineer/Principal Engineer/ Architect who has led or been part of platform teams inside a large/mid tech company
• Deep expertise working with any of the programming languages to write maintainable, scalable, unit-tested code.Python experience is a bonus - but not required
• Good understanding of REST APIs and the web in general and ability to build a feature from scratch & drive it to completion
• Experience with Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Load Balancing
• Experience in building a platform team on AWS for Product based companies/start-ups

What You’ll Do

• Build the core technology platform, including Automated provisioning of infrastructure, deployment, and monitoring of services
• Build a central services directory within an organization that shows the cost and health of all services and makes the management of microservices extremely easy

Position Overview:

Product Manager, who reports and directly works with the VP Operations and manages end to end product life cycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with the development team to deliver winning products in line with organization’s core values and ethics.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Automate workflows for Caregivers and Patients.
• Gathers, manages, and prioritizes business requirements..
• Works closely with Technology, Sales, Marketing, and support to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met.
• Develops the business case for new products, improvements to existing products, and business ventures.
• Develops positioning for improving the app experience of gig workers
• Helps optimize conversion of leads from our own website.
• Contribute your expertise to product documentation, training materials and marketing collateral for each product offering.

Education and Experience:

Selection based on expertise and depth of domain in B2C sectors preferably startups which catering to target centric hyper-growth organizations. However prior experience of1-2years in Consumer Product Development/ Digital Consumer Product would be preferable.

• Building Progressive Web App components and features for the companys advanced health-tech platform using React Js, Node Js
• Communicating effectively in a cross-functional product development team and presenting ideas and solutions effectively.

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Minimum 3 to 7 years of experience designing interfaces for mobile and web applications.
• Portfolio of a design project.
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe XD, Illustrator, and photoshop.
• Team spirit: strong communication skills to collaborate with various clients.
• Good time management skills.
• Thinker and problem-solving skills.

• Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to the client.
• Conceptualizing original ideas that bring simplicity with user-friendliness to the complex design.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

• Technical design, development and testing of core Dynamics 365 Business Central Apps
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand the technical requirements and scope out modifications and custom development
• Convert functional requirements to technical specifications and design documents
• Ensure development best practices are adhered to by other team members
• Conduct Code Reviews and mentor other team members

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10+ years of Dynamics NAV Development and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central experience
• Strong knowledge of C\AL, and experience with AL
• Understanding of Events and Subscribers
• Dynamics NAV Web Services/API experience to integrate with 3rd party software’s
• Working Experience on Integrations
• Real-time Knowledge on RDLC Reports
• Strong Knowledge in Purchase, Sales. Finance is plus
• Strong understanding of the SDLC
• Excellent communication, planning and organization skills
• Good working experience with US customers/teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certificate in Dynamics NAV development (or equivalent in Dynamics 365 BC)
