• Prior experience in data annotation / labeling on platforms like Freelancer, Upwork, Toloka, or RWS

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet weekly targets

• Job Title :Purchase Engineer
• Experience: 4yr to 6yr
• Education: Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Location: Rakanpur, Gandhinagar

• Experience in Specifically machine shop items for machines (like VMC, CNC) and if possible foundry knowledge will be added advantage.
• Experience in an engineering, procurement and operations.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with personal computers and networking,specifically Microsoft Excel. Knowledge and direct experience in negotiating contracts and quotations with Contract Manufacturers and Suppliers.
• Ability to identify cost reduction opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for driving and generating revenue for the business unit working on outbound sales inquiries on phone calls or chats.

• Attending business networking events to generate leads

• Create and maintain database for outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn and other networking platforms.

• Market research to develop warm leads

• Develop an outreach mechanism through SOPs to reach out to target customers for generating leads.

• Upsell additional services as required to prospects.

• Get an understanding of the services offered at Infidigit on a regular basis by attending interna trainings as and when required.

• Deliver the monthly target as assigned by the business

• Understands pipeline management, working on opportunities/leads through ZOHO or other CRM tools and be able to present a report on a weekly basis to the leadership team.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.

• Enable the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to client status.

• Adhere to SOPs for lead conversion and onboarding to ensure successful client onboarding.

• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.

• Maintaining client records. 

Roles and responsibilities:

- Audit the current Information Security system and procedures and do a Gap analysis

- Identify immediate potential Information Security Risks and manage remediation tasks through to closure

- Create an Information Security Compliance Roadmap and execute end-to-end compliance initiatives by that roadmap

- Design high-quality test plans and direct Data/Information security control test activities

- Continuously improve Octro Data/Information security control framework

- Maintain handbook pages and procedures related to Information security compliance

- Identify opportunities for Information security compliance control automation, execute them and then maintain

- Provide actionable and constructive advisement to cross-functional teams, including driving remediation activities for high and select moderate-risk Observations across all Octro departments

- Design, develop, and deploy scripts to automate continuous control monitoring, administrative tasks and metric reporting for all security compliance programs

- Direct and support external audits as and when necessary

Requirements

- A minimum of 6-8 years' experience working with Data/Information Security Compliance programs

- Detailed knowledge of common information security management frameworks, regulatory requirements and applicable standards such as: ISO, SOC 2, GDPR, PCI etc.
