We are looking for:

Young, energetic candidates (Age up to 27 years).

0-2 years of selling/retail experience (freshers with great personality are welcome!).

Excellent communication and a polished personality.

Experience in Formal or Casual wear is a plus.

Ability to speak the local language is required for key locations.

Work Model:

6 Days Working, with one fixed day off between Monday and Friday. No weekend leaves.

● Responsible for exports from multiple production bases (India, Bangladesh, Kazakhstan, Serbia, etc.) to international destinations.

● Track record of managing large export sales portfolios (multi-million USD) and building distributor/stockist networks across regions.

● Willingness for international travel (Traveling to export markets upon requirement)

● Well connected with FMCG buyers. ( FMCG Exports experience required )

● Business Development in Exports from India to other countries, to expand the network of distributors and stockists, primarily South-Asia and Europe.

● Currently managing a toppling not less than 5 M$

● Min 15 years of experience in B2B business and sales orders cycle

● Min 15 years of experience managing market spendings ( trade activations ) and ROI.

● Solid knowledge of market expansions, NPDs ( new products developments ), new product launch , JBP ( joint business planning ) , distribution management/KPIs, channel management

● Well experienced in budgeting, financials and value chain models

● Experience in dealing with GM and director levels.

Exp: 1-3 years

Candidate should be able to develop logic and code independently.

Candidate should have good experience in core React/NodeJs/MYSQL, js,jquery and any One CMS of framework.

Candidate should be able to Deployment of application on AWS, Git and Heroku

Web designing knowledge will be an added advantage.

Candidate profile Degree - B-Tech/ B.E./MCA preferable full time only.

Must have knowledge in PHP either of the Frameworks (Zend/ Cake PHP / Code Igniter / Zend/ Symphony).

PHP Programmer with bright ideas and clear goals and Proficiency in ReactJs,NodeJsMySql, jQuery, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Angular MangoDB Core PHP should be very strong.

Job Summary

As a CRO specialist you will use a mix of creativity and strong analytical skills to understand website behavior, identify opportunities to drive an increase in conversion, revenue and user experience, then develop and execute a strategy to turn those ideas into an optimization and testing plan. This is a customer-facing role requiring outstanding relationship management skills.

The ideal candidate would be extremely data-driven and makes design tweaks based on user behavior to improve conversions. An experience in creating UI/UX wireframes would be a plus

Responsibilities and Duties

Use qualitative (heatmaps, sessions recordings, surveys, etc) and quantitative(Google Analytics or similar) sources of data to analyze website traffic to understand user behavior and provide data-driven recommendations to increase engagement and conversion rate.

Establish web analytics framework to monitor the health of the key performance indicators and key conversion points in the web journey and marketing funnel. Understand and implement ways to monitor conversion funnel congestions, design and usability factors of highly converting web pages.

To understand the "WHY" behind the data and deliver actionable insights to further improve UX and conversion rate optimization to increase lead generation and online sales.

Define and maintain overall optimization program (site and e commerce experience, landing pages, forms and calls-to-actions) Use an iterative approach to optimization (hypothesize, design, test, measure, optimize), deriving actionable insights from the results, formulating new experiment ideas and hypotheses, while implementing winning results.

Develop or support the team in developing hypotheses, testing roadmaps and reports for optimization projects (A/B, Multivariate, Targeting, Personalization).

Coordinate with developers, analysts, and researchers to drive projects forward.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Prior experience of 1+ years of optimizing user experience/digital marketing campaigns/email campaigns/or anything that directly impacts revenue generated by the website.

Prior experience in a customer facing role or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction with excellent presentation skills

Conversant and able to use marketing platforms and tools that can measure and drive marketing programs and conversions; examples include Google Analytics, VWO, Adobe Target, Click-tale, Adobe Analytics, Tag management solutions, Tag audit solution, Optimizely, Google Optimize, and/ or similar tools.

Understanding best practices for UI and UX for websites

Understand of how E-commerce website work(what is ROI, AOV, Conversion Rate etc.)

Experience with research tools including HotJar, CrazyEgg, LuckyOrange/ heatMaps/ poll/ survey Zarget or other similar tools will be a plus

Experience with multichannel media campaigns including a working knowledge of paid search, testing ad text and landing pages Optimization, SEO will be a plus

Prior experience working in diverse client portfolio

Purpose of Role :

- Develop and implement the collection analytics and strategy function for the credit cards. Use analysis and customer insights to develop optimum strategy.

CANDIDATE PROFILE :

- Successful candidates will have in-depth knowledge of statistical modelling/data analysis tools (Python, R etc.), techniques. They will be an adept communicator with good interpersonal skills to work with senior stake holders in India to grow revenue primarily through identifying / delivering / creating new, profitable analytics solutions.

- Knowledge of different modelling frameworks like Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, Multiple Regression, LOGIT, PROBIT, time- series modelling, CHAID, CART etc.

- Knowledge of Machine learning & AI algorithms such as Gradient Boost, KNN, etc.

- Understanding of decisioning and portfolio management in banking and financial services would be added advantage

- Understanding of credit bureau would be an added advantage

Experience :

- 4 to 8 years of work experience in core analytics function of a large bank / consulting firm.

- Experience on working on Collection analytics is must

- Experience on handling large data volumes using data analysis tools and generating good data insights

- Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas and analysis results effectively both verbally and in writing to technical and non-technical audiences
