As we scale our investment strategies and fundraising initiatives, we are seeking a VP of Web3 Investments & Deal Structuring to lead high-value fundraising deals, tokenomics design, and strategic investor negotiations.

This is a high-impact leadership role, ideal for an expert in structured finance, tokenomics, and investment negotiations with deep experience in venture capital, investment banking, or token fundraising.

Overview

As the VP of Web3 Investments & Deal Structuring, you will:

✔ Structure and execute Web3 fundraising deals (equity, SAFT, token sales, hybrid models).

✔ Design and optimize tokenomics for ICOs, IDOs, and private token rounds.

✔ Negotiate investor allocations, pricing, vesting schedules, and exit strategies.

✔ Lead capital-raising strategies, collaborating with VCs, DAOs, hedge funds, and institutional players.

✔ Develop financial models to support investment decisions and risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Investment Structuring & Deal Execution

• Lead Web3 fundraising deals, including equity, SAFT (Simple Agreement for Future Tokens), and hybrid models.
• Structure token sale agreements, private placements, and strategic investments.
• Develop exit strategies and investor liquidity plans for tokenized assets.
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with crypto and securities regulations.

2. Tokenomics Design & Financial Modeling

• Develop and optimize tokenomics for ICOs, IDOs, and liquidity mining models.
• Define pricing mechanisms, vesting schedules, staking rewards, and governance structures.
• Assess token sustainability, market demand, and long-term value creation strategies.
• Work with DeFi protocols and launchpads to execute token launches.

3. Fundraising & Investor Relations

• Build relationships with crypto-native VCs, hedge funds, DAOs, and institutional investors.
• Negotiate investment terms, allocations, and governance rights for Web3 projects.
• Present pitch decks, financial projections, and business models to investors.
• Track funding rounds, investor sentiment, and regulatory trends in the crypto market.

4. Market Expansion & Competitive Positioning

• Identify new investment opportunities in DeFi, NFTs, and Web3 infrastructure.
• Advise project teams on capital efficiency, fundraising timelines, and growth metrics.
• Evaluate competitor token models and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Represent Antier at Web3 investment summits, panel discussions, and industry conferences.

Key Qualifications & Experience

Must-Have:

✅ 6-10+ years in investment banking, venture capital, structured finance, or token fundraises.

✅ Expertise in tokenomics design, SAFT agreements, and fundraising models.

✅ Strong understanding of crypto asset valuation, token incentives, and staking mechanisms.

✅ Proven experience negotiating multi-million dollar investments in blockchain ventures.

✅ Familiarity with Web3 legal frameworks, including securities regulations and token compliance.

✅ Hands-on experience with IDOs, ICOs, and DeFi liquidity strategies.

Preferred:

• Existing relationships with top-tier VCs, DAOs, hedge funds, and launchpads.
• Experience with liquidity pools, cross-chain token bridges, and governance models.
• Background in M&A, financial modeling, or fund structuring for crypto assets.
• Strong connections in Ethereum, Solana, Polkadot, or Layer-2 ecosystems.

Job Summary

Cloud Production Support Engineer(PSE) is responsible for fulfilling the day-to-day infrastructure and service requests from the application teams across AWS, CI/CD solutions and observability tools. You will be expected to handle production issues in collaboration with the cloud Infrastructure and application teams.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Troubleshoot production Issues: When technical issues with the cloud infrastructure components arise, PSE must act quickly to analyse the available data and find the root cause of the problem. They may then develop a solution or escalate the problem to other engineering team members while providing stakeholders with progress updates.
• Infrastructure provisioning and modification: Application teams may request to create new infrastructure or modify the existing ones in AWS based on their requirements via the ticketing tool. PSE should ensure that the required data/info is available on the ticket and provide a resolution based on the given SLA.
• Alert Management: Alerts from the observability tools will be received on multiple channels according to the notification settings. PSEs are expected to acknowledge the alerts, troubleshoot the issue, close the alert based on the given SLA, or escalate to the cloud infra/DevOps team for further diagnosis.
• Onboarding, Off-boarding and access management: Whenever an employee joins or leaves the organization, you will receive an onboarding or offboarding request.
• Prepare Technical Documentation: PSEs must prepare documentation when logging product issues, as they must note all details, including their observations, diagnoses, and action steps. Other everyday tasks include weekly reports summarising production performance, upgrade release notes, and troubleshooting guides.
• Product Improvements: Since PSEs have good exposure to the product issues, they should work closely with the PMs+EMs, pass the feedback on the product, and get the improvements/fixes included in the product roadmap.
• Adherence to SLA and timelines: PSEs should always adhere to the timelines shared with other teams for closure of fixes and deliver outcomes as per the SLA guidance agreed with business teams
• Reporting: Report & track weekly regarding SLA metrics, tickets being worked and closed by PSEs/transferred tickets. Identify and devise how productivity can be captured at the individual level and report the same monthly.

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology.
• Two years or more experience in Cloud and system administration.
• Experience troubleshooting in complex environments using monitoring tools.
• Demonstrated experience with containerisation technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with the most common AWS services.

PRIMARY ROLE:

The Senior Associate - Business Development will focus on customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management, as this role will garner and meet with potential clients. The business development executive will be responsible to research client business referrals, network, and web leads; provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered and additional presentations as needed, and work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult throughout the sales process. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

·      Experience with lead generation and prospect management in the field of HR Services.

·      Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

·      1+ years of cold calling experience; previous experience in inside sales, or related sales experience; knowledge of sales process from initiation to close

·      Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team

• 2-5 years of experience developing web applications with modern JavaScript programming frameworks, tooling, and libraries.
• Experience working with Angular or React.js JavaScript Framework.
• Expert knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML and related web technologies.
• Expert knowledge of modern JavaScript and tooling (e.g., Angular, React, Redux, Node).
• Experience with API integration and development.
• Experience developing reusable components.
• Proven experience in understanding complex user needs with multiple stakeholders and providing practical solutions that can work in production.
• Experience working on mobile apps is a plus.

React Native Developer with iOS  experience - 6 months contract.

Required Experience : 2+ Years

Job Requirements :

- A solid knowledge of JavaScript,HTML&CSS & React Native

- Experience in native iOS and Android development

- Knowledge of functional or object-oriented programming

- Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle Android Studio, IntelliJ
