Position Overview: The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and contributing to Company overall strategy. This individual will be responsible for expanding our client base, increasing revenue, and contributing to business expansion through strategic efforts.

• Business Development: Research, identify, and evaluate new clients, partners, and market opportunities to develop growth strategies.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both existing and potential clients. Understand their needs and align solutions to Company’s offerings.

• Revenue Growth: Consistently achieve set targets, contributing directly to the company’s revenue goals.

• Proposal & Presentation Development: Prepare persuasive proposals and presentations that showcase Company’s services and value propositions.

• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, production, operations, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives and client requirements.

• Education: Any Bachelor's degree

• Experience: 3-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field (preferably in the events or entertainment industry)

What you will be working on: 

• Key contributor for developing product strategies and features. 
• Software development for industries leading SaaS platform 
• You will be involved closely in planning, designing, integration of client requirements.

Here are some technical skills require:  

• Independently own features and create feature test plans/strategies based on development and feature completion milestones.   
• Identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggest actions for improvement.   

• Design automation framework for automating feature tests.   
• Participate in test cases, test plans, s and code reviews.  
• Resolve functional queries coming from other business units such as support, escalation, product management, etc.   
• Participate in bug trailing, tracking quality assurance metrics.  
• Hands-on experience with Python-Selenium or Cypress, will be preferred.

A successful candidate is expected to lead the Firmware development and integration effort for various Ather products and be responsible for qualifying and integrating FW at various stages with HW. Responsibilities include:

• Understanding requirements from different stakeholders and translating these to application features

• Writing high quality source code to program complete applications within deadlines

• Unit-testing code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability

• Performing functional and non-functional testing

• Troubleshooting and debugging applications

• Designing creative prototypes according to specifications

• Evaluating existing applications to reprogram, update and add new features

• Developing technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code

• Identifying and communicating possible risks along with preventive and corrective measures
