We are seeking a dynamic HR & IR Executive to manage end-to-end human resources and industrial relations functions at the plant level. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in labor laws, compliance, and employee engagement within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Industrial Relations & Labor Compliance
- Maintain harmonious industrial relations and liaise with labor unions
- Handle disputes, grievances, disciplinary actions, and union negotiations
- Ensure full compliance with statutory laws (Factory Act, Labor Laws, Industrial Disputes Act, etc.)
- Represent the company in conciliations, arbitration, and labor court proceedings when necessary
HR Policy Implementation & Administration
- Roll out and implement HR policies aligned with corporate standards
- Oversee attendance, leave, and payroll administration for plant employees
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR operational efficiency
Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Drive employee engagement programs to enhance morale and retention
- Address grievances and promote a positive work environment
- Implement health, safety, and welfare initiatives for plant staff
Talent Acquisition & Development
- Manage plant manpower planning and recruitment
- Coordinate with corporate HR on talent development initiatives
- Conduct training on company policies, compliance, and skills enhancement
Performance Management & Training
- Monitor KPIs and oversee performance appraisal cycles
- Recommend increments, promotions, and development plans
- Organize training sessions to improve plant productivity and capability
Compliance & Audits
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies
- Manage government audits, inspections, and internal HR audits
- Maintain accurate documentation for statutory compliance
Key Skills Required
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations, and HR plant operations
- Strong communication, negotiation, and people management skills
- Hands-on experience in a manufacturing/plant setup
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Labor Relations, or related field
- 5–6 years of HR/IR experience in a manufacturing environment
