Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced SDE 2 – Node.js professional with strong expertise in backend development, API integrations, and web technologies. The ideal candidate should be skilled in building scalable applications and working within Agile environments.

Mandatory Skills :

Node.js, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, jQuery, API & Middleware Integration, Full Stack Development, Agile (Scrum/Kanban)

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Node.js and JavaScript.
• Build and manage system integrations using APIs and middleware.
• Work on frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Scrum/Kanban environments.
• Deliver high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Quickly adapt to new technologies and business requirements.

Required Skills :

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Node.js and JavaScript.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
• Hands-on experience with API integration and middleware solutions.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have :

• Experience with Zendesk or similar tools such as Freshdesk, ServiceNow, Salesforce Service Cloud, or HubSpot

Interview Process :

• L1 : Technical Assessment (via Barraiser/Intervue)
• L2 & Further Rounds : Client technical discussions (2+ rounds expected)

Responsibilities

Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges

Build reusable code and libraries for future use

Build efficient, testable, and reusable Node JS modules

End-to-end ownership of modules, including designing, development, validation, deployment

Specifications:

Understanding the fully synchronous behavior of NODE JS.

Familiarity with One OOPS language

Familiarity with Workers/child processes & performance tuning

Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages (MySQL, and Mongo dB)

Strong knowledge of the common NODE JS or web server exploits and their solutions

Experience -

2-6 Year Qualifications Desired Skills NodeJS, HTML, CSS, Angular/React, JavaScript, Web Application Development, SQL/NoSQL

·      4+ years of experience as a Python Developer.

·      Good Understanding of Object-Oriented Concepts and Solid principles.

·      Good Understanding in Programming and analytical skills.

·      Should have hands on experience in AWS Cloud Service like S3, Lambda functions Knowledge. (Must Have)

·      Should have experience Working with large datasets (Must Have)

·      Proficient in using NumPy, Pandas. (Must Have)

·      Should have hands on experience on Mysql (Must Have)

·      Should have experience in debugging Python applications (Must have)

·      Knowledge of working on Flask.

·      Knowledge of object-relational mapping (ORM).

·      Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system

·      Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, SVN

·      Strong at problem-solving and logical abilities

·      Sound knowledge of Front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer / Information Science (BE / BTech) or Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA) Experience:
• Two to five years general software engineering experience
• Experience in web development using the Ruby on Rails web application framework
• At least two years of Ruby on Rails programming experience
• Thorough understanding of the philosophy and design of Ruby on Rails
• Desktop publishing skills: HTML5, xHTML, CSS

Knowledge of:

• JavaScript and JavaScript libraries: jQuery, Plugins etc.
• Unix and Linux systems
