We are looking for a senior SaaS Inside sales professional who can drive software products sales in India & International markets. You are someone who likes working with data and insights and making decisions based on it. An eager candidate to make an impact at Xoxoday and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, hyper-growth environment and can operate fluidly between the 30,000-foot strategy level and the micro-detail to get things right.The AVP Inside sales ll work closely with the founders & CXOs on sales and demand generation.

• Should be able to set up the inbound, outbound process globally 
• To be responsible for setting up SMB sales engine for global markets 
• Expert in defining GTM initiatives and rolling this out with proper tracking 
• Collaborate with other functions in order to develop sales strategy for enhancing the company's growth
• Effectively create and articulate ROI in various negotiations
• Ensure that the organisation meets its stipulated growth goals
• Adept in using best of technology and practices to scale the operations. Hands on knowledge of tools like Hubspot, Outreach, Demandbase, Lusha, etc ll be required. 
• Should be able to maximise salesperson efficiency and output through mentoring and counselling. 

• Overall experience of 8-10 years out of which atleast experience of 3 to 4 years in setting up the process for a SaaS company in India selling to global markets 
• Working out of the Bangalore office and mostly in USA time zone
• Hands on experience to pick initiatives and work himself and then train team on calling pitch, email formats, campaigns creation and handling inbound engine.
• Is deeply analytical, comfortable navigating data and working in ambiguity.
• Exemplary communication and relationship building skills at all levels from senior executives to Individual Contributors.

You will closely work with the sales leadership. You ll have interactions with sales teams and marketing teams globally.

• Your Responsiblities would be 
  1. Manage Teams of Developers on Different Projects ( FrontEnd, Backend and App) 
  2. Daily Check-in with proper teams, solving/guiding  their issues and liason with Stakeholders on project status and delivery schdule 
  3. Convert / Capture requirements and Propose Archiecture, Data Flow, Database Design, API Lists involved, Pages to be developed in frontend.

Data Collection and Integration:

Identify and assess various data sources, both internal and external, to gather relevant and reliable data.

Design and implement data collection methods and processes to ensure data is captured efficiently.

Oversee data integration initiatives to consolidate data from different sources into a unified database.

Data Quality Assurance:

Develop and enforce data quality standards to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data.

Implement data validation processes and routines to identify and rectify data discrepancies or errors.

Database Management:

Maintain and optimize data storage systems, including databases, data warehouses, and data lakes.

Ensure data security and compliance with relevant data protection regulations.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Collaborate with analysts to provide clean and structured data for analysis.

Assist in creating data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with IT teams, data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to define data requirements and resolve technical issues.

Provide guidance and training to team members regarding data management best practices.

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Manage Email Process- Payment, Refunds, Cancellation etc.
• Responsible to provide timely & effective resolutions to customers through emails, chat, etc.
• Knowledge of payments and fintech would be plus

Position description:

• Work with Product and Engineering leaders to drive and implement platform and product vision.
• Leverage deep and wide knowledge of technology stack to recommend appropriate architecture and design solutions, and provide technical leadership to a team of rock star Software Engineers.
• Translate the impact of design choices on non-functional attributes like scalability, performance, availability, and security.
• Create large-scale, multi-tiered, distributed web applications with databases, and designing web services, APIs, data models, and schemas, using SQL or NoSQL.
• Experience with Cloud environments, such as AWS.
• Comfortable working with Windows and Linux environments.
• Work with different data storage solutions such as Postgres, Oracle, SQL Server, ElasticSearch, SQL, Hadoop, or MongoDB.
• Experience delivering high-quality software following continuous delivery and using code quality tools (JIRA, GitHub, Jenkin, Hudson, Sonar, and Fortify, etc.).
• Drive adoption of best practices across the Software Engineering Lifecycle, including reviews, source control, build processes, continuous integration, and deployment.
• Develop and maintain cross-functional relationships and alignment.

Primary Responsibilities:

Required Skills:

• Experience of building scalable architectures
