Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team in the facade and building materials domain. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to learn, build industry relationships, and grow their careers in technical sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging technologies.
• Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and business opportunities.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, and industry networking events.
• Support the sales team in lead generation, follow-ups, and client coordination.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project details, and market feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, technical, and operations) to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Skills & Competencies

• Basic to strong knowledge of facade systems and building materials such as glass, aluminum, stone, composites, and related products.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing / BBA or any relevant degree.

Design & Prototyping

· Figma (Advanced) for high-fidelity prototyping, design systems, and modular component design

· Material UI (MUI) design guidelines for consistent, scalable interface patterns

· Prototyping tools for simulating real-time data flows and interaction models

Research & Strategy

· User Research & Usability Testing methodologies to validate simulation workflows

· Design Workshops for requirement discovery and cross-functional ideation

· Interaction Design focused on complex data manipulation and 3D/Spatial contexts

Standards & Delivery

· ESRI GIS UI patterns for geospatial data visualization and mapping interfaces

· Design-to-Developer Handoff processes using tokens and structured documentation

Preferred Qualifications

· 8+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex data-driven applications.

· Advanced mastery of Figma, including variables, auto-layout, and complex prototyping.

· Proven ability to work independently and lead design initiatives from discovery to handoff.

· Deep understanding of Material UI principles and Responsive Design for high-density data dashboards.

· Strong experience in Interaction Design specifically for technical or industrial software.

· Excellent communication skills for presenting design rationale to technical architects and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain software applications using Microsoft Visual C++.

* Develop new features to control KLA Analyzer and Doser hardware in established code base.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements.

* Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

* Debug, troubleshoot, and fix software issues.

* Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.

* Optimize application performance for speed and scalability.

* Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment.

As a Data Engineer, your role will encompass: 

• Designing and building production data pipelines from ingestion to consumption within a hybrid big data architecture using Scala, Python, Talend etc.   
• Gather and address technical and design requirements.  
• Refactor existing applications to optimize its performance through setting the appropriate architecture and integrating the best practices and standards. 
• Participate in the entire data life-cycle mainly focusing on coding, debugging, and testing. 

• Troubleshoot and debug ETL Pipelines. 
• Documentation of each process. 

Technical Requirements: - 

• BSc degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering. (Masters is a plus.) 
• 2+ years of experience as a Data Engineer. 

• In-depth understanding of core ETL concepts, Data Modelling, Data Lineage, Data Governance, Data Catalog, etc. 
• 2+ years of work experience in Scala, Python, Java. 
• Good Knowledge on Big Data Tools such as Spark/HDFS/Hive/Flume, etc. 
• Hands on experience on ETL tools like Talend/Informatica is a plus. 
• Good knowledge in Kafka and spark streaming is a big plus. 

• 2+ years of experience in using Azure cloud and its resources/services (like Azure Data factory, Azure Databricks, SQL Synapse, Azure Devops, Logic Apps, Power Bi, Azure Event Hubs, etc). 
• Strong experience in Relational Databases (MySQL, SQL Server)  
• Exposure on data visualization tools like Power BI / Qlik sense / MicroStrategy 
• 2+ years of experience in developing APIs (REST & SOAP protocols). 
• Strong knowledge in Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) utilizing Docker containers, Jenkins, etc. 

• Strong competencies in algorithms and software architecture.

• Previous on-prem working experience is a plus.
