We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with a strong proficiency in SQL and extensive experience in data modeling. The ideal candidate will be adept at designing and implementing robust data architectures, including snowflake schemas, ER diagrams, and various types of tables such as transaction, dimension, surrogate keys, foreign keys, and primary keys.

• Over 4 years of experience as a data engineer or in a similar role.
• Technical expertise with data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques
• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Java and Python)
• Hands-on experience with SQL database design
• Develop and maintain efficient SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

Power BI Developer

Senior visualization engineer with 5 years’ experience in Power BI to develop and deliver solutions that enable delivery of information to audiences in support of key business processes. In addition, Hands-on experience on Azure data services like ADF and databricks is a must.

Ensure code and design quality through execution of test plans and assist in development of standards & guidelines working closely with internal and external design, business, and technical counterparts.

Candidates should have worked in agile development environments.

What you will do

• Critically review Egnyte’s data architecture. Proactively suggest and implement solutions that would address high availability and scale needs of tomorrow.
• Support system uptime by being a part of a 24/7 technical team that reacts to system incidents and supports the rest of the engineering group.
• Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to analyze data requirements and design efficient, scalable, and reliable database architectures.
• Be a subject matter expert when it comes to DB design of new Egnyte features: both via RDBMS and NoSQL approaches, such as document stores, key-value stores, and graph databases.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Key Expectations
