MIS Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, generating actionable insights, and supporting strategic decision-making processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop data models, and create compelling reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. Utilize statistical methods and data mining techniques to extract actionable insights.
• Reporting & Visualization: Develop and deliver comprehensive reports and interactive dashboards that effectively communicate data insights and business performance to stakeholders.
• Data Modeling: Build and maintain data models that support business operations and decision-making processes. Conduct data validation and ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Business Intelligence: Collaborate with business leaders and teams to understand their data needs and translate them into analytical requirements. Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

· Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.

· Training, mentoring and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.

· Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.

· Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.

· Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.

· Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.

· Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.

· Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials.

· Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred.

· 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master

· 3-4 implementation of LCNC platforms like Mendix.

· Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict

· Ability to work with internal stakeholders and vendors

· Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills

· Ability to adapt to a changing environment

· Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction

Key Responsibilities:

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media

- Set up meetings with potential clients and pitch them to take PlanetSpark trial classes

- Negotiate and close deals, while providing exceptional customer service

- Follow and achieve department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

Technical Skills

• Understanding of virtual machine architecture, memory, and stack.
• Familiar with Truffle, Waffle, and Hardhat, and the pros and cons of each framework.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools (git) and repo management.
• (Plus) Understanding of mainstream DeFi ecosystems like Uniswap, Compound, Curve etc.

Required Experience

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
