Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot) on the backend and React.js on the frontend, along with experience in REST APIs, Microservices architecture, and cloud-based deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js
• Develop RESTful APIs and Microservices-based applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, DevOps, QA, and Product teams
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Optimize applications for performance and scalability
• Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making
• Ensure application security, data protection, and compliance standards
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in Full Stack development
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java (8/11/17)
• Proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security
• Experience in Microservices architecture and RESTful API development
• Strong knowledge of React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
• Experience with state management tools (Redux/Context API)
• Hands-on experience with Hibernate/JPA
• Good understanding of SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle)
• Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines
• Working knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes
• Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

·        Qualification: bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

·        Proven 4+ years of experience in full stack development, including proficiency with React, Tailwind CSS, Python, and Flask.

·        Strong understanding of Graph QL concepts and hands-on experience with Ariadne or similar frameworks.

·        Familiarity with containerization using Docker for application deployment.

·        Demonstrated expertise in machine learning model integration, preferably using the Hugging Face framework.

·        Experience deploying machine learning models on cloud platforms such as Replicate and AWS is a strong plus.

·        Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies.

·        Should have experience in Backend: Python, Flask Framework, Langchain ML Ops Framework, Ariadne Graph QL Framework, Docker. Frontend: React, Tailwind. ML Model Development – Hugging Face Model Training, ML Deployment onto Replicate or AWS

Responsibilities:

• Complete ownership of building and maintaining Web APP
• Deliver across the entire app life cycle design, build, deploy, test, release to production and support
• Should be comfortable in building a great consumer user interface and responsive web apps.

Requirements:

• Overall experience of 2-4 years
• React Web Developer with 2+ years of experience
• Should have worked on NodeJS with express framework
• Understanding of Backend services, API implementation, and database systems. - Familiarity with MySQL and Mongo databases
• We encourage all our devs to have a base level of DevOps skills & w.r.t
• Source Control, CI/CD systems, Cloud Services such as AWS, Firebase, GCP Minimum 1 year of experience in responsive app development
• Ability to implement designs and functionality provided by UI/UX teams
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript ES6
• knowledge of Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud is a plus
