MERN Stack Developer

As an AI Engineer Intern, you’ll contribute to designing and implementing multi-agent workflows using modern LLM frameworks and distributed systems technologies.

You’ll collaborate closely with the core engineering team and gain exposure to scalable AI infrastructure and orchestration design.

This internship is completely remote, but Delhi NCR candidates are preferred for occasional in-person collaboration (3–4 times a month).

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and test multi-agent workflows using LangGraph / LangChain / CrewAI.
• Build high-throughput API and orchestration pipelines with Redis, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL (pgvector).
• Integrate LLM-driven reasoning, contextual memory, and autonomous decision-making.
• Implement queue orchestration and job management with BullMQ.
• Contribute to observability, metrics, and performance analysis (OpenTelemetry, Grafana).
• Document workflows, experiment outcomes, and design iterations.

🎓 Requirements

• Strong foundation in Python or TypeScript (Node.js)
• Basic understanding of Redis, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
• Exposure to LLM APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude)
• Understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and message queues
• Curiosity and ownership to learn AI infra, orchestration, and performance engineering

Skills

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Expertise in backend programming with Node.js and MongoDB.
• Experience with React.js and redux.
• Material UI and 3rd party libraries.
• Experience with clean code writing practices like avoiding callback hell like promises, async.
• Thorough understanding of Node.js and its core principles.
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
• Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript.
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
• Familiarity with modern front-end builds pipelines and tools.
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial).

Responsibilities:

• Build Node.js APIs using microservices.
• Rewriting backend code with microservices architecture & Unit tests.
• Developing new user-facing features using React.js.
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code

• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of Node.js and framework available for it (such as express).
• Familiarity with Progressive Web Applications and Single Page Applications and frameworks (Vue, React, Angular with Typescript, etc).
• Hand on and implement complex Angular applications, directives, pipes, interceptors, services, etc.
• Node-based module loaders and task runners (Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt), creating npm modules.
• Proficient understating of code versioning tools, such as GIT.

As a Principal Full-stack engineer, you will work across the Acceldata platform products. We’re looking for people with a strong background or inclination towards data engineering and systems; you’re comfortable in dealing with lots of moving pieces and can work at the  intersection of Databases, API's and Frontends

You will:          

• Be actively involved in strategic direction and product decisions.
• Design, build and maintain APIs, user-facing experiences, and services.
• Work closely with our customers and sales teams on a regular basis to carve out new features and use cases
• Work with MVC frameworks such as React or Angular 
• Work with database systems, RDBMS, Mongo, Elastic Search.
• Develop shared front-end components (JavaScript & CSS) for use across all of our products, enabling other UI engineers to build better products faster.

You need:      

• 12+ years of significant of web-application development experience in one or more JS frameworks. You care about building better products.
• Strong Computer Science fundamentals in data structures, algorithm design, and problem-solving.
• You're as comfortable writing plain JavaScript as working with modern frameworks like Angular. You've built your own controls and widgets in JavaScript. 
• You write unit tests for your JavaScript (really, you do). You've probably used Node. You have built complex JS web applications.
• Organized, thorough, and detail-oriented 

Good to have:

• Contribution to open-source projects.
• Background in enterprise software
• JVM performance tuning and debugging

• Demonstrated skills in development of apps where you have performed some role in UI – APIs - DB 
• You have experience with coding in more than one programming language, preferably Java
• Experience with Angular (4 & above), ReactJS, Vue, MongoDB, APIs/Microservices. 
• Experience on building APIs
• You have a sound understanding of programming fundamentals
• Passion for developing robust software and writing maintainable code. 
• Keen interest in new technologies and their timely adoption. 
• Willingness to work extended hours as required to deliver projects. 
• Ability to work well in a team to deliver on team goals. 
• Flexibility under changing conditions and ability to multi-task between projects.
