**Main Responsibilities: **

Build & lead a team by example 

* Develop a deep understanding office management product and startup ecosystem and execute to the release of the product 

* Architect, design, and document processes and procedures for future releases.

* Should be able to help out in coding and performing code reviews with the team in MERN/Meteor Stack.**

We are Seeking:

1. AWS Serverless, AWS CDK:

Proficiency in developing serverless applications using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and other relevant AWS services.

Experience with AWS CDK for defining and deploying cloud infrastructure.

Knowledge of serverless design patterns and best practices.

Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts.

Experience in CI/CD workflows with AWS CodePipeline and CodeBuild.

2. TypeScript, React/Angular:

Proficiency in TypeScript.

Experience in developing single-page applications (SPAs) using React.js or Angular.

Knowledge of state management libraries like Redux (for React) or RxJS (for Angular).

Understanding of component-based architecture and modern frontend development practices.

3. Node.js:

Strong proficiency in backend development using Node.js.

Understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.

Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.

4. MongoDB/NoSQL:

Experience with NoSQL databases and their use cases.

Familiarity with data modeling and indexing strategies in NoSQL databases.

Ability to integrate NoSQL databases into serverless architectures.

5. CI/CD:

Ability to troubleshoot and debug CI/CD pipelines.

Knowledge of automated testing practices and tools.

Understanding of deployment automation and release management processes.

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Certification(Preferred-Added Advantage):AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer - Associate)

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and help translate these into technical requirements for the development team
• Planning and documenting technical specifications for features or system design
• Designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements
• Directing the development team in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of applications
• Writing testable, scalable, and efficient code and leading code reviews
• Mentoring junior team members and ensuring they adhere to determining software quality standards
• MERN stack is mandatory

We need multiple MEAN stack developers. As a full stack developer, you will be producing scalable software solutions and will be involved in the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. You should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. This isn't just another CRUD application. Your challenge will be to deliver a highly-available service on top of a dynamic collection of third-party data sources . Explore the limits of your own resourcefulness by designing human and automated systems that deliver true reliability in an otherwise unpredictable environment.

Technical Expertise That We Believe Will Make You Successful In This Role

• Min 1 year of experience as a MEAN Stack Developer
• Fluency in CSS, JavaScript and HTML
• Understanding of CSS preprocessors including Sass
• Strong knowledge of building effective APIs in Node.js (Express)
• Proficiency in writing effective Angular components.
• Experience working with MongoDB, Redis and AWS
• Good knowledge of data structures, system design and algorithms

What We Need

- Solid industry experience

- Hands-on Experience with MEAN((MongoDB, Express.js, AngularJS, and Node.js) full-stack

- Experience in creating front end applications using HTML5, Angular 6x+, LESS/SASS, Bootstrap/Angular Material

- Having decent knowledge in Typescript

- Having experience in building a responsive web design

- Experience with MongoDB and good knowledge in database concepts

- Experience with web frameworks like ExpressJS

- Developing secure Node.js endpoints using Passport, JWT, OAuth, and related technologies.

- Knowledge in Restful API Design

- Experience with Version control systems like GIT and knowledge in GIT branching is necessary.

- Strong object-oriented knowledge in any platform is a plus
