Client relations managers -establish, develop, and nurture lasting relationships with customers

Key Responsibilities:

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in IT sales.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities and expand client base within the US staffing market.
• Identify and target potential clients through proactive prospecting, networking, and cold-calling efforts.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations.
• Understand client staffing needs, requirements, and challenges to provide tailored workforce solutions.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to align staffing solutions with client demands and expectations.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts using CRM systems.
• Meet or exceed sales targets, quotas, and KPIs established by the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the US staffing or recruitment industry.
• Strong understanding of the US staffing market, including industry trends, client needs, and competitor landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Create, test, and maintain web-based applications using Laravel Framework.
• Work with members of the other teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions.
• Implement and manage the entire web application development lifecycle, from conception to delivery and post-launch maintenance.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Make use of back-end data services and support the growth of current data services API.
• Effectively communicate all project updates, evaluations, suggestions, schedules, and technical and procedural difficulties.
• The development procedure, architecture, and similar information should all be documented.
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues.
• Continuously improve software quality and performance.
• Keep up with the latest web development technologies and trends.

• Min 5 years of hands-on experience in Java Spring-boot technologies
• Experience with monolithic applications
• Experience using Redis and RabbitMQ
• Experience with RDBMS such as SQLServer and My SQL
• Strong analytical, problem solving and data analysis
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills are a must
• Micro service frameworks such as Java SpringBoot
• Design and implement automated unit and integration tests 

• Implementation of the overall web architecture
• “Pixel-perfect” implementation of our approved user interface
• Design and deployment of our database
• Ensuring the entire stack is designed and built for speed and scalability
• Design and construction of our REST API
• Integrating our front-end UI with the constructed API
• Adhering to the continuous integration and deployment strategies.

Skills

• At least four years experience with:
• Writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Being up on the latest practices is a must, e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JQUERY
• A relevant back-end programming language e.g., C# .NET, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, ADO.NET, .NET Core
• Database design and management, including being up on the latest practices and associated versions
• Server management and deployment for the relevant environment preferably on Azure.
• Familiarity with a relevant and globally supported framework—both front-end and back-end, if necessary— e.g., Angular, React
• Ideally, familiarity with CSS preprocessors, bundlers, and associated languages/syntaxes/libraries
• Thorough understanding of user experience and possibly even product strategy
• Experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests
• Proficiency with Git or any other configuration management systems.
• Appreciation for clean and well-documented code
• Experience with third-party controls like Sync Fusion Controls / Telerik
• Bachelor’s in computer science or Equivalent Degree
