Responsibilities

Design and refine UI/UX flows, wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes.

Create instructional design assets such as tutorials, walkthroughs, onboarding screens, and user manuals.

Build style-consistent illustrations, icons, and visual elements for dashboards and reports.

Assist in user research, usability testing, and analysis of design effectiveness.

Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and pixel-perfect implementation.

Maintain and update design system components and documentation.

Requirements

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Instructional Design, or a related field.

Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva.

Strong visual design sense with attention to typography, color, and layout.

Job Responsibilities:

Your KRA would be - generating leads and enriching them by calling.

And your KPI would be connected call hours(100min - 200rs/day incentive)

Job Role:

The role involves managing leads on Zoho CRM and mainly includes calling them

regularly to identify requirements. It may involve the following but is not limited to:

1. Generating leads

2. Enriching them by browsing the internet/calling

3. Coordinating with the sales team and customers

4. Preparing and sending proposals.

5. Following up with customers on the proposals sent out, etc

6. Making reports for weekly meetings.

Pre-Requisites:

● Relevant experience > 6 months

● South Languages: More the better

● Prior experience in (KPO/BPO/ telemarketing/ inside sales/ recruitment)

● Prior experience with apps like google sheets, slides & CRMs

Job Summary: 

We are seeking experienced Senior AI Engineers to join our AI team and drive the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions. You will work on exciting projects, such as sentiment analysis for support tickets, automated data insights, conversational interfaces, and zero-touch planning using AI. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product and Data Engineering, to deliver impactful AI-driven features that transform our platform. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain ML models and AI infrastructure. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into production workflows. 
• Utilize AWS services, including Sage Maker and Bedrock, for model deployment and real-time monitoring. 
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable model deployment. 
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI best practices. 
• Monitor and optimise model performance, addressing issues related to scalability and efficiency. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to ML models and infrastructure. 

Requirements: 

• 5+ years of professional experience with Python programming. 
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning Operations (MLOps). 
• Proven expertise in data engineering and ETL processes. 
• Strong knowledge of AWS services, including Sage Maker 3wand Bedrock. 
• Proficiency in setting up and managing Docker and CI/CD pipelines. 
• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering. 
• Familiarity with model performance monitoring and optimization techniques.
