Required Technical and Professional Expertise

●Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a combination of development, design in areas of cloud computing, scripting skills in one or more languages (ex. Python, Shell Script, Ruby).

●Experience with any K8s managed service (EKS/GKE) with connected automation and orchestration tool development experience such as Argo, Helm, Terraform and CNCF tooling ecosystem.

●Infrastructure as a Code (IaC) experience on public Cloud (AWS and/or GCP), integrating Terraform/Crossplane to extend IaC capabilities to develop self-service platform workflows.

●Familiarity with Cloud API SDK’s (AWS/GCP) and experienced in identifying Automation/self service capabilities

●Experience with Unix/Linux OS internals (filesystems, system calls) and networking

Nice to Have Skills

●Familiarity with one or more CNCF tooling across the ecosystem

●Exposure to any observability platforms using open-source tools like

VictoriaMetrics, Thanos, Cortex, Prometheus, Datalog and Grafana

●Focus iteratively on a FinOps strategy to improve utilization and lower costs

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the marketing team to build high conversion landing pages. Maintain and improve our marketing codebase
• Contribute ideas and efforts to improve the quality and efficiency of the marketing workflows
• Write code using agile methods and tools. Plan, create, and execute (manual and automated) frontend tests.

Required Skills:

Junior Programmer (6m to 12m)

• Strengthen fundamentals of ruby, javascript, sql, html, css
• No ownership expected. No work related initiatives expected.
• Work will be heavily reviewed. And detailed feedback will be given.
• Works on simple routine problems but turns around much faster than person in training

Programmer (12m to 18m):

• Work is reviewed with the occasional need for significant direction or implementation changes.
• Follows established patterns and approaches within existing code bases with ease.
• Co-owns a feature along with a Sr. Programmer
• Works mostly on clearly defined and scoped individual features or problems.

Senior Programmer (18 months to 3 years)

• Work doesn't need to be reviewed, but general direction may be.
• Fully capable of taking substantial features from concept to shipping as the sole programmer (alongside a designer).
• Can provide feedback on the work of junior programmers and programmers.
• Deep expertise within at least one programming environment.
• Basic proficiency in at least one additional programming environment.

The position will be based out of Gurgaon.

Primary Responsibilities

• .Net programming to build a world class product which is scalable and secure (model to be used by millions of users)
• Responsible for designing and appropriately structuring of code, developing modules, testing and productionalizing the modules with minimal handholding.
• Own the delivery of modules with minimal supervision and ensure delivery as per release plan
• Deliver product releases in rapid iterations; manage risks, dependencies, quality issues, delivery and integration timelines
