Role :

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, primarily within the tech and startup ecosystem.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing deals.

Qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales role, with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience in the HR technology, recruiting, or talent acquisition industry is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in selling to founders, C-level executives, and hiring managers.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• A deep understanding of the challenges and dynamics of technical recruiting.

Role & Responsibilities

• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Design UI for Mobile and Web applications with a special focus on Data Visualizations.
• Obsess over the details of the interaction, visual, and motion design.
• Work with product managers to define requirements, not just translate them to design.
• You will ship, measure, and improve your designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback.
• Collaborate with engineers to ship pixel-perfect designs

Ideal Candidate

• 4yrs Experience in designing Web application and mobile application
• Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator or any Visual design tools.

·  2 years of experience using React and Redux

Responsibilities

- Take ownership of copywriting function within the content marketing team and manage it to a very high standard
- (Write and edit) crisp and engaging ad copies and video scripts for search, social media, YouTube, and Product marketing activities
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of campaign objectives, offer creative ideas, and devise strategies to achieve them
- Understand target audience personas and their preferences to create engaging journeys that encourage interaction with the website, are forward-thinking, and are in line with current trends.

Requirements

- 6-9 years of professional copywriting experience in creative solutions for digital services with strong portfolio of Creative Concept Solutions and it's translation to script/copy.

- Proven expertise as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or a similar role
