About the Role

Elnax Consultancy is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Recruiter with 1 year of recruitment experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various IT positions while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and experience.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
• Prepare and share candidate profiles with clients.
• Negotiate salary expectations and facilitate offer rollouts.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
• Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Monster.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent sourcing and screening abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and recruitment tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Recruitment.
• Experience in handling contract, permanent, or C2H hiring is preferred.

• Strong troubleshooting skills like Jboss, Tomcat on Linux Platforms.
• Explicit knowledge of Computing, Storage, Networking, and Security technologies in the Amazon AWS hosting environment.
• Experience in setting up Cloud Monitoring using CloudWatch or any other tool.
• Knowledge of Load Balancers, Firewalls, and network switching components.
• Ability to identify and gather requirements to define a solution to be built and operated on AWS.
• Capabilities to provide AWS operations and deployment guidance and best practices throughout the lifecycle of a project.
• Efficient management of the Company’s IT Assets and Infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, shell scripts, Apache, Mysql, Development Operations, Configuration management, monitoring, and TCP/IP protocols.
• Highly self-motivated and hard-working with excellent communication skills.  Excellent English verbal and written proficiency is essential.
• Understanding of the basics of scalable SaaS systems /Cloud fundamentals.
• Understanding of security best practices.
• Ability to work with very little supervision and to work well in a team environment.
