We are now looking for a Growth Marketer who can own our lead generation engine and drive measurable pipeline growth.

Role Overview

As the Marketing Lead, you will own the end-to-end B2B growth pipeline, from lead generation to booked calls and show-ups. This is a hands-on role focused on LinkedIn and email performance marketing, campaign execution, funnel optimization, and content distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own monthly pipeline targets (Leads → Calls Booked → Show-ups).
• Build and execute B2B lead generation campaigns (LinkedIn, Email, Webinars, Partnerships).
• Run performance marketing campaigns (LinkedIn & Email focused; Facebook, YouTube, Instagram are a plus).
• Manage content distribution calendar across platforms.
• Develop retargeting and lead nurture systems.
• Track funnel metrics weekly and improve conversion rates.
• Write or guide marketing copy and provide creative direction to designers/editors.
• Launch and test new campaigns consistently.
• Prepare weekly KPI and performance reports.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in B2B Lead Generation & Growth Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and Email Marketing.
• Experience with funnel tracking: leads, booked calls, show rates, conversions.
• Hands-on campaign execution and optimization.
• Copy writing and creative briefing skills.
• Familiarity with CRM, email automation, and ad platforms.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.

Strong Credit & Risk strategist profile

Mandatory (Experience): Must have 2.5+ years of experience as credit and risk strategiest/analyst in unsecured personal loan in B2C Fintech Product Companies (or NBFC)

Mandatory (Tech Skills 1): Must have strong understanding of automated underwriting and SMS underwriting for lending

Mandatory (Tech Skills 2): Must have experience with scorecards, rule engine, bureau data, device signals and behavioural insights

Mandatory(Company): B2C Fintech Product companies (Targeted companies list given below)

Minimum 7-12 Years of Core Java Programming with Collections Framework, Concurrent Programming, Multi-threading (Good knowledge in Executor service, Forkjoin pool and other threading concepts)

·        Good knowledge of the JVM with an understanding of performance and memory optimization.

·        Extensive and expert programming experience in JAVA programming language (strong OO skills preferred).

·        Excellent knowledge on collections like, Array List, Vector, LinkedList, Hashmap, HashTable, HashSet is mandate.

·        Exercised exemplary development practices including design specification, coding standards, unit testing, and code-reviews.

·        Expert level understanding of Object Oriented Concepts and Data Structures

·        Good experience in Database (Sybase, Oracle or SQL Server) like indexing (clustered, non clustered), hashing, segmenting, data types like clob / blob, views (materialized), replication, constraints,            functions, triggers, procedures etc.

15. Leverage the MD's time & impact by managing relationships and projects outside of SuperHuman Race, particularly related to government ministries, multilateral organizations like the UN, boards, social forums, and community engagement

16. Coordinate with the MD's personal contacts and align the MD's personal commitments to ensure minimum confusion, overlap, and a maximum output of time

17. Run small local errands, if and as required

18. Accompany the MD for official and/or personal commitments, and follow up on any items that require collaboration with others to ensure the timely completion of commitments

19. Plan parties/events & act as the main point of contact within these functions
