Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly qualified Tech Lead who is technically proficient in Node.js, React.js, Angular, and Python. This individual should have experience in developing long-term products from scratch, leading small teams, and remaining hands-on with development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-quality software solutions.
• Architect and implement full-stack applications using Node.js, React.js, Angular, and Python.
• Develop and maintain cloud-based solutions using AWS and other cloud technologies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in software development with a strong foundation in Node.js, React.js, Angular, and Python.
• Proven experience in designing and developing long-term products from scratch.
• Expertise in AWS and cloud technologies, including deployment, monitoring, and scaling.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with team leadership, mentoring, and managing small teams.
• A passion for problem-solving and building innovative, scalable products.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
