Product Designer/UX Designer/User Experience Designer OR UI/UX designer

About the role:

Looking for a problem-solving, forward-thinking Senior UI/UX Designer, who will work with talented product managers and software developers in an agile environment to develop product concepts, define requirements and priorities, and build and launch to market.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Understand a problem and articulate the solution backed by solid research and case studies 
• Create user-centred designs with a strong focus on usability and UI guidelines
• Develop and maintain design wireframes, visual mock-ups, click-throughs, and prototypes 
• Design the visual style, interface, and interaction flow of applications and experiences
• Present design work to the product team and management

Competencies and Skills:

• 5+ Years of experience in user experience and design
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas and concepts
• Good wireframing skills
• Ability to do rapid prototyping and provide simulated/click-thru product experience (any tool)
• Self-development skills; must keep abreast with current trends
• Good UI skills
• Should be proactive and self-motivated

·      Experience in CAD software Solid Edge

·      Experience in UGNX, Sheet Metal Design and CATIA

·      3D Modeling of part, sub-assemblies & Assembly modeling

·      2D drafting and detailing with GD & T application.

·      Skilled in creating / reading / interpreting engineering drawings.

·      Proficiency in English (Written and Verbal)

·      Effective communication

·      Strong interpersonal skills, proactive approach

·      Self-starter and must be highly resourceful with the ability to be effective independently and with little direction

Responsibilities:

● Designing website layouts and user interfaces that effectively communicate our

company identity and message.

● Creating eye-catching banners and graphics for websites, blogs, and online

advertisements.

● Developing engaging social media creatives including posts, stories, and cover images

for varying platforms.

● Design digital advertisements for various online channels.

● Collaborating with the content team to ensure designs align with content strategy and

objectives.

● Contributing innovative ideas and concepts to enhance the overall quality of our design

work.

Qualifications

● Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or

Sketch.

● Strong understanding of design principles.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects

simultaneously.

● Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.

● Portfolio showcasing previous design work (website designs, banners, social media

creatives).

• Find technical resolutions on issues or queries related to unknown or new scenarios
• Meet cases resolution SLA"s
• Manage relationships with clients
• Work with cross-functional teams as and when required
• Keep up to date with all eCW products and their enhancements

Requirements: 

• Proficient with relational databases (MySql, MsSql)
• Knowledge / Experience with Java or C++ (OOPs Concepts)
• Experience with Internet Protocols, HTTP / HTTPs
• Default ports for HTTP / FTP / MYSQL etc
• Experience with Web Application Server(s)
• Understanding of 3 -Tier / N-Tier Architecture
• Knowledge of SQL Server 
• Basic Knowledge of Network Concepts (VPN, Telnet, Ping, Protocols)
