About the role

We are looking for a strong backend engineer who can design and build secure, scalable Python systems that power AI-native applications.

You will work on AI-enabled platforms, production systems, and scalable backend services that support LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, and intelligent workflows.

Backend Development (Familiar):

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python and Django/Flask under guidance.
• Assist in building scalable and secure APIs and backend systems for AI-driven applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, data scientists, and product teams.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Support integration of AI/ML components such as LLMs and RAG pipelines.
• Continuously learn and improve technical skills in backend and AI technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Complete ownership of building and maintaining Web APP
• Deliver across the entire app life cycle design, build, deploy, test, release to production and support
• Should be comfortable in building a great consumer user interface and responsive web apps.

Requirements:

• Overall experience of 2-4 years
• React Web Developer with 2+ years of experience
• Should have worked on NodeJS with express framework
• Understanding of Backend services, API implementation, and database systems. - Familiarity with MySQL and Mongo databases
• We encourage all our devs to have a base level of DevOps skills & w.r.t
• Source Control, CI/CD systems, Cloud Services such as AWS, Firebase, GCP Minimum 1 year of experience in responsive app development

As our Full Stack Engineer, you will be developing fast, reliable and scalable web applications while taking responsibility for shipping core backend features.

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Develop smooth, scalable and pixel-perfect web-app products
2. Architect, optimize and scale complex systems like the database engine and APIs
3. Follow TDD and write well designed, factored, and tested code
4. Develop new features and maintain existing code

What we're looking for in you:

1. 4+ years of experience in Full Stack Development
2. Extensive programming skills with a proficiency in Java, Spring Boot and Javascript

5. Strong understanding of asynchronous request handling and dynamic web page development

This person MUST have:

• BE Computer Science, MCA or equivalent

Location

Timings:

• 40 hours a week but with 4 hours a day overlapping with client timezone.  Typically clients are in California PST Timezone.

Position:

Our software developer for full stack role would be required to constantly work on building new features as per discussion with the product team.

Our front end code base is in Angular while the backend code base is in Python-Django.

Pre-requisites

• Expert level knowledge of Angular and Javascript
• Intermediate level knowledge of Python

Responsibilities

• Build new products / features from scratch
• Work on implementing and maintaing ticket booking flow on site
• Work on making existing features faster and better
• Work on reducing response time for all our apis

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1-6 years' experience in full stack development
• Hands-on with angular, python, django, mysql, mongodb, redis, rest-framework
