Lead - HRBP

We are seeking a driven and reliable IT Solutions Sales Executive to support the growth of our IT hardware and software business. This role involves identifying new sales opportunities, engaging prospective customers, closing deals, and nurturing long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate is confident in outbound sales activities and skilled at presenting technology solutions through calls, emails, and meetings.

You will play a key role in achieving revenue targets and contributing to the company’s sustained business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers, business opportunities, and sales prospects.
• Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media platforms.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their requirements and challenges.
• Present IT hardware and software solutions effectively, highlighting value and benefits.
• Negotiate pricing, close sales deals, and professionally address objections or customer concerns.
• Work closely with internal teams to improve sales performance and customer outcomes.
• Collect customer and prospect feedback and share insights with internal stakeholders for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales-focused role.
• Good command of English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge of sales, marketing, and negotiation techniques; experience in IT hardware/software sales is an advantage.
• Quick learner with a strong passion for sales and technology.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Confident in delivering engaging product and solution presentations.

We create stories with immersive roleplay experiences that allow the audience to control how the stories unfold and end.

We are looking for an experienced Product Mager who can drive our journey to make KahaniBox the largest interactive fiction platform globally. You would be collaborating while working 100% remotely in flexible timings.

You’d be responsible for 

• Improving core metrics like retention and time spent per month. KahaniBox aims to become an entertainment platform that people can use for years.
• Revamping our mobile player app, website, internal dashboard, and other tools.
• Focusing on the player journey, managing the overall UX and laying out the UI - overseeing the quality, design, mechanics, production, and delivery of the end game products.
• Consistently thinking of ways to use data and making iterations to provide the best user experience.
• Converting business requirements into a well-defined product backlog.

You Have:

• 3-6 years of product management experience around consumer mobile app or mobile game.
• Extraordinary data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Passion towards storytelling. 
• Excellent wireframing and product specification skills.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit. Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to help your team win.

Bonus points if you

• Have experience in the mobile game industry and Unity game engine.
• Can code in at least 1 language.
• Have managed a startup before

That’s the idea behind DevDarshan.We’ve built a community of devotees from multiple Countries, through our Mobile Application that connects Temples and Devotees, have successfully raised seed investment and also started to generate revenue for the temples and Priests associated with us. Right now we are looking to grow our team and build new exciting features for devotees all around the world.

We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated individual to help design our backend Systems to support both the Mobile App and WebApp

Requirements: 

• Experience in NodeJS, Typescript, ExpressJS AWS EC2. You have built backend REST API’s
• Expert in System Design and Software Architecture Processes, How different components interact with each other in scale
• Experience with DevOps, Docker, AWS, Google Cloud.
• Experience in Managing Development Teams, complete delivery lifecycle
• Good understanding and experience of NoSQL and SQL Databases, which to be used when. 
• Experience with CI/CD Systems like Jenkins, Github Actions.
• Some Experience with Realtime Databases/Systems or Socket based applications would be preferred.
• Some Experience with building Algorithms, Social Apps is preferred. 
• Any experience with Handling Video Delivery like ffmpeg/HLS/WebRTC is preferred but not mandatory.

The Role

This Role naturally progresses into Engineering Manager / Software Architect.

• You will be involved at all stages of the product development process, from design to development and deployment.
• You will architect, build, scale, backend systems that powers our applications which will be used by millions of devotees every day.
• You possess a passion for improving techniques, processes, tracking, and continuously improve our engineering practices and would work on a daily basis towards that

You will be responsible for overseeing full-stack development as well as the R&D around creating various, unique, and bespoke solutions.

You should be able to quickly understand and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of operations. You would also be working with various departments to coordinate and develop digital solutions for bespoke in-house software.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with development teams and product manager to implement software solutions.

• Developing front end and back end website Architecture.

• Build user interactions on web pages.

• Develop and manage databases for functionalities.

• Designing and developing effective APIs.

• Test Software to ensure the responsiveness and efficiency of applications.

• Meeting both technical and consumer/client needs.

• Write technical documentation.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and review the code.
