The Lead Generation Intern is an entry level position with the responsibility of enabling new business through high-quality leads, prospects, and connections with high revenue potential in International Market.
Responsibilities:-
- You’ll be responsible for generating and nurturing leads for the organization using different marketing channels.
- Generate new leads using cold calling, email marketing, social media, and other relevant marketing channels.
- Classify hot, warm, and cold leads based on their need, budget, and decision-making capabilities. Accordingly, take the necessary steps to convert hot leads and nurture warm and cold leads.
- Organize and keep the lead status updated in the CRM software.
- Understand how the sales process works and manage the sales pipeline. Adhere to the process set by the management
- Participate in webinars, in-person events, conferences and network with peers and target audience to identify sales opportunities.
- Understand the pain points faced by the prospects during communication. Identify if they’re looking for specific features.
- Check for competitor products mentioned/used by leads and prospects during communication and the intent behind using them.

Role Purpose
We are looking for a Developer for our Claims Guidewire team, who is a technology enthusiast, and eager to be part of a culture of modern software engineering practices, continuous improvement, and innovation.
As a Developer, you will be part of a dynamic engineering team and work on development, maintenance, and transformation of our strategic Claims Guidewire platform. You will learn about software applications, technology stack, ways of working and standards.
Key Accountabilities
· Deliver software development tasks for Claims Guidewire applications, in the areas of Integration and Configuration, with expected quality measures and timeframe, e.g., coding, writing unit test cases (G-Unit) and unit testing, debugging and defect fixing, providing test support, providing release support.
· Communicate with technical leads and IT groups for understanding the project’s technical implications, dependencies, and potential conflicts.
· Research issues reported in Production, perform root cause analysis and document them, respond to and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

· Develop their technical and functional knowledge on Claims Digital Guidewire platform.
