Customer Success and Support Executive

Job Profile: HR Manager

Required Experience: 5-7 years of experience with Payroll Management, Employee Engagement, Compliance, etc.

Location: Alkapuri, Vadodara (On-Site)

Schedule: US Shift (7PM to 4AM)

Salary: 6-8 LPA (Depending on the profile)

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.

Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.

Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

Maintain pay plan and benefits program. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

Make outbound sales calls to calling list provided

Report to manager on a bi-weekly basis

Mark the status of each call using provided software

Full Stack Developer Job Description:

1. Knowledge in MERN Stack is mandatory

4. Conduct Testing & Debugging, utilize script tools & write basic codes for design specifications
