Lead Developer

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in full-stack development, with strong proficiency in React and Node.js. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for contributing to the entire software development lifecycle, collaborating with the team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create requirement documents and architecture design based on inputs from customer team
• Design and develop robust, scalable, and efficient fullstack applications using React and Node.js.
• Architect and implement RESTful APIs and integrate front-end and back-end components seamlessly.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability by following industry best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and code reviews to ensure best practices.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Collaborate with DevOps team to manage CICD, and implement monitoring of the application to minimize downtimes

Required Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:
• Strong expertise in Node.js. and React.js
• Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Experience with back-end development, including RESTful API design, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and server-side programming.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and development tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

• Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in fullstack development.
• Previous experience as a lead developer or in a similar leadership role.

Understand, plan and write code to develop assigned modules/project within a given time frame Fix bugs and errors pointed out by the client and QA team in a timely fashion
Lead the entire web application development life cycle right from the concept stage to delivery and post-launch support

Desired Candidate Profile: B.Tech / B.E. / MCA
Previous working experience as a Laravel developer and CI for at least 3 - 4 years.
Flutter, React JS, Angular etc..is add an advantage

• Own the coding/design of a sub-module
• Review the requirements and provide simple solutions  
• Design the sub-module working with the tech-lead
• Hands-on code the critical parts of the module
• Ensure coding standards, proper design patterns, writing test cases and project mgmt processes are followed
• Mentor the junior programmers
• Peer and junior programmers code review
• Work independently and proactively to deliver production-ready code with minimal guidance

Jobs Skills required

• Strong experience in developing either backend or front end systems
• Backend Exp: RoR, NodeJS, Java, Go, MySQL, Mongo
• Ability to work in a team structure and deliver projects

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with 3 years of experience in mobile app development. Must have done at least 4 projects in react native. In this position you’ll be working with technologies like React Native, Redux, RX Observables, Type Script etc.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Good mobile app development experience (3 years)

- Strong knowledge of React Native(2+ years)

- Strong Javascript knowledge

- Strong attention to detail in UX & interactions
