Synapsica is a growth stage HealthTech startup founded by alumni from IIT Kharagpur, AIIMS New Delhi, and IIM Ahmedabad. We believe healthcare needs to be transparent and objective, while being affordable. Every patient has the right to know exactly what is happening in their bodies and they don’t have to rely on cryptic 2 liners given to them as diagnosis.

Towards this aim, we are building an artificial intelligence enabled cloud based platform to analyze medical images and create 2.0 of advanced radiologist reporting.

Description:

We are looking for a skilled computer programmer who is comfortable with both front and back end programming. Hands-on with UI and server-side is highly desirable.

You will get hands-on experience in the latest technologies and skills like ReactJS, NodeJS, MongoDB, REST API etc. This role is ideal for you if you have a background in Full Stack development and are looking for the next level of career growth in a fast paced, learning based and merit driven work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Developing front end app components.
- Developing backend apis and middlewares.
- Designing and scaling databases and servers.
- Ensuring responsiveness and cross-platform compatibility of applications.
- Owning and delivering end-to-end products, features, enhancements.

Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or related discipline with 3-7 years of experience.
- Proficiency with fundamental front end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Hands on with Reactjs or similar framework/library.
- Proficiency with server side languages such as Nodejs, Python, PHP.
- Prior experience with at least one no-sql database such as MongoDB.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Very high sense of ownership.
- Deep interest and passion for technology

Must have 2+ years’ relevant experience in developing Web Application in .NET
Technology using ASP.NET MVC, C#, Entity Framework and SQL Server 2008
onwards.
 Experience in coding and implementation of end to end functionality of a medium
to large Web Project throughout application life cycle.
 Hands on experience in Java Script and J-Query with good verbal communication.
 Must have strong knowledge in MS SQL Server 2008/2012 and above with writing
Stored Procedures, User Defined Functions, triggers, indexes, etc.
 Knowledge on complete n-tier web application development and familiarity with
SDLC.
 Good team player with quick learning curve & ability to collaborate and work with
team members.
 Good to have some experience in CRM and ecommerce portal.
 Hand on experience on developing and using Web API.

Excellent knowledge of object oriented programming using PHP. Experience in LAMP environment 3+ years Experience in PHP Framework mainly, Laravel RDBMS – MySQL and Maria db HTML5, CSS3/4, BootStrap, Github Strong knowledge of MVC design Experience  in SDLC (promoting code from DEV/TEST/STAGE/PROD) RestFul API, JSON

Web Services

Exceptional coding skills in JavaScript (both front-end and backend)
Advanced proficiency in MEAN Stack (NodeJS, MongoDB, Express, Angular JS)
Proficiency and hands-on experience with one or more of the following: Backbone / Knockout JS / Ember JS / React JS
Knowledge of JQuery would be an added advantage
Thorough knowledge of software development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build process, continuous integration and continuous delivery
Thorough knowledge of Node.JS, MongoDB, Angular JS, Express JS and JavaScript
Ability to plan core architecture, and to enhance it from time to time
Strong analytical mindset to derive actionable analytics from data

Bootstrapped in Bangalore (April 2016) and growing at a exponential pace since then. Expanded in 2 more cities already (Hyderabad & Pune) and going to reach a 9 figure when it comes to GMV.
