Technical Manager 
Will be responsible for Backend and infrastructure for mobile app and website.
We are looking to recruit a candidate for a role that will require:

Requirement
● 5+ years of experience in hard core development in predominantly product development companies
● Strong troubleshooting, debugging and problem-solving skills
● Proven track record of building scalable and reliable services on Cloud
● Architecture & Design
● Solid experience of designing end-to-end architecture and design of applications using one or more
platforms for large-scale high-throughput solutions
● Design and implement technical governance process as appropriate across the application development
lifecycle
● coding guidelines, quality standards, best practices, code acceptance criteria, automation
● Experience in collaborating with the team in reviewing application architecture. - Node.js, Web Services
REST, MySQL/MongoDB/NoSQL
Education: Engineering/MBA

The Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Technology Lead (Python or Node), who adopts a hands-on approach and loves to build scalable, distributed and large web / mobile products. You would be responsible for designing the architecture, reviewing the code, building the technology and deploying web/mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product development from scratch.
• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.
• Architect scalable software solutions and mentor a team of high performing developers.
• Participate in code reviews, design reviews, SCRUM ceremonies, and troubleshoot to ensure uptime for live systems etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field from a premier college.  
• Prior 4+ years of experience in back-end development (Python/ Golang) in a start-up or a dynamic work environment.
• Good exposure in writing and optimizing SQL for high-performance systems.
• Understanding of asyncio and eventloop/ uvloop concepts. Knowledge of frameworks such as Quart/ Fastapi/ Starlette is preferred.
• Knowledge of AWS; Caching technologies like Redis, Memcache; ELK; mySQL Databases, etc.
• Strong understanding of System Design, Microservice Architecture, Kafka, Pub/Sub, Message queues, and in-memory data stores etc.
• Customer oriented, responsive to changes, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• At least one year experience with PHP or NodeJS.
• Experience with at least one Relational database like MongoDB, MySQL or NoSQL
• Experience with multiple PHP frameworks will be plus(e.g Wordpress, Laravel, Codeigniter,Symfony, cakePHP)
• Proficiency with multiple PHP Frameworks.
• Proficiency designing and building APIs.

• Experience using Git / GitHub. Excellent communication skills      

- Candidate must have good experience in laravel and core php
- good knowledge of mysql is required.
- good understanding of database like database schema, database management
- Basic knowledge of AWS like EC2, S3 bucket, code deployment over server
- should be clear with OOPs concept

Position: PHP / MYSQL Developer & NodeJS / MongoDB Developer 

  -  The selected candidate is required to work on Core PHP or NodeJS/MongoDB. 

  -   Building web services for Mobile applications. 

   Selected candidate will be a part of product development team and have to manage both maintenance and enhancement projects.
