Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, including Python for backend development and React/JavaScript for frontend, along with API/microservice integration.

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have 2+ years of experience in leading technical teams, coordinating engineers, and acting as a system integrator across distributed teams.

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have 1+ year of hands-on experience in AI projects, including LLMs, Transformers, LangChain, or OpenAI/Azure AI frameworks.

Mandatory (Tech Skills 1): Must have experience in designing and implementing AI workflows, including RAG pipelines, vector databases, and prompt orchestration.

Mandatory (Tech Skills 2): Must ensure backend and AI system scalability, reliability, observability, and security best practices.

Mandatory (Company): Must have experience working in B2B SaaS companies delivering AI, automation, or enterprise productivity solutions

Tech Skills (Familiarity): Should be familiar with integrating AI systems with enterprise platforms (SharePoint, Teams, Databricks, Azure) and enterprise SaaS environmentsx

Mandatory (Note): Both founders are based out of Australia, design (2) and developer (4) team in India. Indian shift timings.

About the Job:

Gyaan is seeking an experienced backend developer with expertise in Python, Django, AWS, and Redis to join our dynamic team! As a backend developer, you will be responsible for building responsive and scalable applications using Python, Django, and associated technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience programming in Python, Django
• Good understanding of CI/CD tools (Github Action, Gitlab CI) in a SaaS environment.
• Experience in building and running modern full-stack cloud applications using public cloud technologies such as AWS/
• Proficiency with at least one relational database system like MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with unit and integration testing.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex problems across different levels of the organization and to customers.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, software design lifecycle, and design patterns.
• Detail-oriented mindset to identify and rectify errors in code or product development workflow.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and concepts quickly, as the "cloud-native" field evolves rapidly.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Java Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in Java and should also be familiar with Kotlin for backend development. We are looking for a Node.js Developer who has experience building back-end services and managing data exchange between the server and user-facing applications. Responsibilities will include the development of back-end micro-services, maintaining the best possible performance for micro-service, quality and responsiveness of the application. You will work closely with the front-end developers in order to implement their components into the application.

• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
• Responsible for entire product lifecycle from concept to deployment
• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
