Laravel developer

We are seeking an experienced & highly skilled Java Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front end & Back-end Technologies with expertise in JAVA, and Spring.

As a Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development

team, architecture saleable application & ensuring best practices in software development. This role requires a hands on leader with excellent problem solving abilities & a passion for mentoring junior

team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead & mentor a team of developers proving guidance on coding standards, architecture & best
• practices
• Architect, design & develop ent to end JAVA based web applications & ensure high performance,
• security & scalability
• Work closely with cross functional teams, including product managers, designers & other developers
• to ensure alignment on project requirements & deliverable.
• Conduct code reviews & provide constructive feedback to team members to improve code quality &
• maintain a consistent codebase
• Participate in Agile/Scrum Ceremonies such as stand ups, sprint planning & retrospectives to
• contribute to the development process.
• Troubleshoot & resolve complex technical issues & ensure timely resolution of bugs & improvements.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies & industry trends recommending & implementing
• improvements to keep our stack modern & effective

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 8 Years of experience in Java development, with at least 2 years in Lead developer role.
• Back-end - Core JAVA/JAVA8, Spring-boot, Spring Framework, Micro-services, Rest API’s, Kafka,
• Database - MySQL
• Must be working in the fintech/ Payments domain

Preferred

• Experience with Batch writing, Application performance, Caches security, Web Security

Position Overview:

Job Description:

Excellent Java development skills using J2EE, J2SE, Servlets, JSP, JDBC, Java, Spring, Springboot, Hibernate, Microservices, Webservices, Extensive experience designing, developing RESTful APIs, coding experience with either Java/J2EE/Spring, Good SQL knowledge

Required experience in Core Java, Spring, Springboot, Hibernate, Microservices, rest services

Able to understand SDLC process, Extensive experience designing and, developing RESTful APIs, Extensive coding experience with either Java/J2EE/Spring

Qualification Any Graduate

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
• 1+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems.

Additional Job requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science/Math or equivalent

1. Should have experience in full life cycle of Web Application Development in Linux environment using Apache, PHP, MySQL/MSSQL/ Oracle.

2. Hands on experience in these technologies is a must (PHP 5, Ajax, CSS / HTML5 / XHTML , Web development)

3. Should have experience in template engine like smarty and at least one MVC frame work (Laravel / Zend / Symphony / Cake Php / Code Igniter).

4. Should have worked on any of the content management system (Joomla / Drupal / Simple CMS etc)

5. Should have worked on any of one of JS frameworks like YUI, JQuery , MooTools, ExtJS and AJAX

6. Hands on experience with the following PHP modules: PEAR, CURL, SoapClient (WSDL mode), libXML, Memcache, PCRE, SQLITE, etc

7. Ability to write and consume SOAP & REST web services.

8. Create requirement document and work with team members to deliver the application.

9. Knowledge of Version Control Software ;such as SVN/CVS will be preferable.

10. Experience in Architecture Design & Developed of Web Application.

11. Should have experience in web application optimization/caching/DB performance tuning

12. Extensive OOD / OOP experience

13. Ability to propose, advocate and critique design alternatives to determine solutions.

14. Hands-on experience with web application architecture and relational database design Interact with Client to understand business requirement.

15. Hands on knowledge of best practices for cross-platform, cross-browser compatibility.

16. Hands on knowledge of UI optimization techniques and experience of working with UI performance measurement tools like Yslow, Firebux, Fiddler, HTTPWatch, Page Speed, DynaTrace, etc.
