Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced PHP Coordinator / Laravel Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in PHP and Laravel framework, along with the ability to coordinate and manage development (as Team Lead) tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely project delivery.
• Write clean, secure, and efficient code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in PHP and Laravel framework.
• Good understanding of MySQL and RESTful APIs and Cloud (AWS/ Azure/ GCP).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Must have good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good Knowledge of OOPS, PHP, MVC frameworks.
• Write error free code and follow coding standards. Able to perform Code Review job.
• Work closely with QA person to assist in the testing process. 
• Perform R&D tasks if assigned and communicate with the Designer and UI team.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Able to work closely with the team and meet the tight deadlines where necessary.
• Strong Communication Skills.

Skills:

We would prefer it if the candidate has 1 + years of experience. 

• Node.js - must have knowledge and experience

• MySQL/MongoDB - must have knowledge and experience
• GIT

• Any JS backend framework

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
• Write code to develop functional web applications
• Troubleshoot and debug applications
• Perform UI tests to optimize performance
• Collaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
• Gather and understand technical and design requirements
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Liaise with developers, designers and system administrators to identify new features
• Follow emerging technologies

Qualification: 

• Bachelors in IT Engineering  (Preferred) 
• Master in Computer Applications
• M.Sc IT

Working Days:

Monday to Friday only, Saturdays and Sundays fixed off. 

Working Timings: 

10:30 am to 7:30 pm

• Knowledge of CORE PHP & web framework including Laravel.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, and HTML5.
• Understanding of object-oriented PHP programming.
• Experience with API integration.
• Previous experience creating scalable applications.
• Proficient with code versioning tools including Git, Mercurial, CVS, and SVN.
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Building the infrastructure for serving the front-end app and assets.
• Working on full projects of App or website development, from scratch to finish.

• Strong understanding of PHP back-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins plus customizing them.
• Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
• Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages
• Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial)
• Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications
• Experience designing and developing responsive design websites
• Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
• Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers

Responsibilities:

• Writes high quality code & unit tests, builds, tests as per agreed timelines
• Participates in technical design and provides estimation
• Owns one or more small to medium features
• Becomes a go-to person in at least one area
• Communicates clearly and gets clarification upfront to minimize rework. Knows when to ask for help to unblock.
• Consistently follows and promotes SDLC best practices: Coding standard, testing, code reviews, code comments etc.
• Exhibit strong problem solving skills, helps other developers and demonstrates teamwork

Requirements:

• Understands detailed requirements and demonstrates excellent problem solving skills
• Deep understanding of software engineering practices, Design Patterns, Data Structures, Algorithms
• Excellent programming skills in ROR, Golang, NodeJS, Python
• Strong communication skills
• Strong sense of ownership, drive and ability to deliver results
• 4+ years of experience in product driven organization
• A Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering from a reputed institute
• Experience in Golang, RoR, Unity, ML or Python will be an added advantage
