Position Overview:
As a Junior Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and contributing to the company's growth objectives. You will have the opportunity to learn from seasoned professionals while gaining hands-on experience in sales and customer relations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist senior sales associates in promoting menu items and engaging with customers.
Learn and apply effective sales techniques to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting with orders.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.

Position: Junior process associate – Outbound calling.
Experience: fresher with any qualification or 1 to 2 years of experience in the Voice process is also preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Will be primarily making Outbound calls or taking calls to process the invoice related to vendor payments, Vouchering, invoicing, billing escalations.
- Will have to make or take a minimum of 60 calls per day.
- Will be accountable for working through the task assigned on a weekly basis.
