Maazi Vietnam Co. Ltd. is a subsidiary of Maazi UK which was established in restaurant business since 2005, Maazi UK currently run 2 branches of restaurant in the Peak District in Derbyshire. Established in 2018, Maazi Vietnam Co. Ltd. has witnessed remarkable success under the leadership of Mr. Irfan Shabir and Aalhad Acharya. With existing restaurants in Ha Noi and Da Nang as well as ongoing projects in different cities in Vietnam, the company envisions becoming the leading Indian F&B brand in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
Position Overview:
As a Junior Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and contributing to the company's growth objectives. You will have the opportunity to learn from seasoned professionals while gaining hands-on experience in sales and customer relations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist senior sales associates in promoting menu items and engaging with customers.
Learn and apply effective sales techniques to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting with orders.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred. (Minimum 1 Year)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Fluency in both English and Hindi languages is preferred.
