
We are seeking a Junior Product Designer with strong Figma expertise and hands-on experience in prototyping and design-to-code workflows. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and AI specialists to design and deliver intuitive user experiences for AI-enabled software products.
This role is perfect for someone who not only creates visually compelling designs but also understands how AI-assisted design and Figma-to-code automation can accelerate product development.
Responsibilities:
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Use Figma’s prototyping features and advanced plugins to bring design concepts to life.
- Leverage AI-assisted design tools to streamline workflows (e.g., AI-to-Figma, Figma-to-code automation).
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate business requirements into production-ready design solutions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
- Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across products.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI-driven design tools, and emerging front-end technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- High-level proficiency in Figma — including components, auto-layouts, design tokens, and interactive prototyping.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to simplify complex requirements.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted design workflows (e.g., generating assets with AI, integrating AI into Figma).
- Familiarity with Figma-to-code automation and engineering collaboration.
- Portfolio demonstrating advanced Figma work and interactive prototypes.
