• Educational Qualification: B.Tech (CS/IT) preferred, or B.Tech (any stream) + MBA.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

● Design, plan, and execute 3–4 monthly webinars focused on industry trends, customer pain points, and director-level conversations. 

● Work cross-functionally with sales, delivery, and marketing teams to build strong narratives and event themes. 

● Own all logistics, such as the platform (GoToWebinar, Zoom Webinar, or Zoho Webinar), communication with registrations, reminders, speaker dry-runs, technical rehearsals, and live coordination. 

● Develop and manage content assets, including design creatives and presentation decks. 

● Drive engagement using polls, Q&As, offers, and post-event follow-ups via email or LinkedIn. 

● Track performance and share analytics: registration-to-attendance ratio, audience engagement, quality of leads, and contribution to pipeline. 

● Continuously improve based on feedback, benchmarks, and business objectives. 

Must have skills: 

● 3–5 years of experience managing webinars, virtual events, or enterprise-level workshops. A background in B2B or IT services is a plus. 

● Strong coordination, communication, and presentation skills—you'll regularly work with directors, technical experts, and external stakeholders. 

● A business mindset—you can connect the dots between webinar topics, lead generation, and customer interest. 

● Proficient in tools like Zoom/GoToWebinars, (or CRM/marketing automation platforms), and Google Slides/PowerPoint. 

● Comfortable planning, owning timelines, and making real-time decisions during live sessions. Good to have skills: 

● Experience in IT services or SaaS domain. 

● Experience with Quora/Reddit or guest post partnerships. 

● Exposure to content creation or visual storytelling. 

• 5+ years’ experience in customer focused product management in a technical product, end-to-end implementation and deployment within cloud systems.
• Must have experience in SaaS applications.
• Must have knowledge of Angular 8+, Azure, HTML CSS, JQuery, JavaScript ASP.Net, C#, SQL Server 2012/2014+ etc.
• Should have sound knowledge of Object-Oriented (OOPS) concepts.
• Must have experience in end-to-end product ownership and project management.
• Good experience in Relational Database Management Systems, Database design and Normalization.
• Hands-on experience in design, development, and debugging of systems.
• Object-Oriented Design (OOD) to ensure scalability and maintainability.
• Experience managing multiple clients with strong knowledge of Agile/SCRUM processes.
• Hands-on experience in DevOps and Azure functions.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Working on and at times leading the full software development lifecycle of systems

• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development, web technologies.
• Works with the product development team on the validation and verification process.
• Coordinate with the sales team to promote the product. 
• Experience of going through a full product lifecycle, integrating internal and external customer feedback into product requirements, managing change requests, driving prioritization and pre- / post-launch execution.
• Define product tasks and resource requirements.
• Analysis of systems, considering reliability, systems risks and code.
• Create technical and feature roadmaps along with release planning, sprint goals, and grooming of both technical and business functions.
• Manage project conflicts, challenges, and dynamic business requirements to meet expected deliverables.
• Experience in maintaining the document of application functionality.
• Excellent understanding of process management, improvement practices, operation services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

* Build the APIs and internal mechanisms of the Trago backend across all our services.

* Architect and guide building end-to-end systems optimized for speed and scale.

* Build and lead engineering teams to achieve product roadmap milestones.

* Oversee the research and development of new products and technologies.

* Be available for troubleshooting in case of backend emergencies.

Requirements:

* Bachelors in Computer Science or any Engineering domain with experience in Software Programming.

* 2-5 years of experience building large-scale software applications.
* Highly proficient with Java and knowledge of the many intricacies of Spring Boot.

* Proficient with MongoDB and Redis.

* Knowledge of Aerospike, and other databases would be a bonus. Good understanding of distributed systems (servers, databases, etc.).

* Positive and solution-oriented mindset and comfort working in a highly agile, intensely iterative software development environment.
