About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Mobile & Full Stack Engineer with 5–8 years of experience whocan build high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android while also contributing to enterprise-grade web applications, backend systems, and databases.

Key Responsibilities

● Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android . React Native focused app development. Flutter, Native experience will be an added advantage.

● Collaborate on full-stack enterprise web applications, including frontend, backend, anddatabase layers.

● Build and integrate backend services, APIs, and AI/ML-powered agents into applications.

● Participate in system design discussions and contribute to scalable, secure architectures.

● Work closely with product managers, designers, and AI teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

● Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across platforms.

● Review code, mentor team members, and promote engineering best practices.

● Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.

Required Technical Skills

● 5–8 years of professional software development experience.

● Strong experience in mobile application development for both iOS and Android.

● Hands-on experience with cross-platform frameworks such as React Native .

● Experience with native iOS (Swift) and/or Android (Kotlin/Java) is a plus.

● Solid experience in backend development using Node.js, Python, Java, or similar technologies.

● Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.

● Good understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).

● Experience with enterprise web application development.

● Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

● Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern DevOps practices.

AI & System Mindset

Experience working with AI-powered systems is a strong plus. Candidates should be comfortable integrating AI agents, third-party APIs, and automation workflows into applications, and should demonstrate curiosity and adaptability toward emerging AI technologies.

Job Summary

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Proven software development experience with strong Android development skills.
3. At least one original Android app published on the Play Store.
4. Hands-on experience with the Android SDK.
5. Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON.
6. Strong experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
7. Solid understanding of the mobile app landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
8. Clear understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.

Preferred Skills:

1. Familiarity with Android UI/UX design principles and best practices.
2. Knowledge of Kotlin in addition to Java.
3. Experience with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
4. Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
5. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically about edge cases and scalability.
