Specialist with advanced SketchUp modeling experience to join our dynamic design team. The ideal

candidate will have a strong background in architecture or interior design and be proficient in using

SketchUp for creating detailed 3D models, including furniture modeling. Familiarity with SketchUp

plugins is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 3D models using SketchUp, including architectural and interior designs.

• Model and design various types of furniture pieces with precision and creativity.

• Collaborate with the design team to translate conceptual ideas into functional and

aesthetically pleasing designs.

• Utilize SketchUp plugins and other relevant tools to enhance modeling efficiency and quality.

• Produce high-quality renderings and visualizations to effectively communicate design

• Ensure designs meet company standards, project requirements, and regulatory compliance.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, software updates, and best practices in

SketchUp modeling.

• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

• Support the team in other design-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

• Proven experience with advanced SketchUp modeling, including both architectural and

interior design projects.

• Expertise in furniture modeling using SketchUp; familiarity with various furniture design

styles and materials.

• Experience with SketchUp plugins for enhanced functionality is highly desirable.

• Strong portfolio showcasing previous SketchUp modeling projects.

• Proficiency in other design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Create and communicate end to end user interface design specs, including high priority and high visibility complex interaction and dialog flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes

• Single handedly drive designs and oversee the strategic and tactical deliverables related to that project

• Coordinate and plan with other functions, including identifying the appropriate UX methods and tools to use depending on project constraints. Manage stakeholder expectations

• Understand both the user behavior and the technology components (speech, natural language) that make for a natural, efficient, and reliable machine-to-human conversation

• Support and contribute to the voice talent and persona definition process for different design situations

• Conduct usability tests using prototypes and incorporate findings and usage data to refine the design

• Develop design principles and style guides to be followed in a voice-first environment to create a consistent user experience

• Work in a highly iterative and nimble environment with product managers, engineers, and recruiters to get your design shipped

Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters in Design, HCI, Cognitive Psychology, or any other related field

• 4+ years of experience as an experience designer for web/mobile or voice applications

• Hands on experience with XD, Illustrator, Photoshop (or equivalent programs)

• Deep knowledge of UX design, user research, visual design, and Service design

• Experience working cross-team while taking feedback from product management, engineering, business and marketing

• Excellent problem solving skills along with deep empathy for users

• Good experience in designing mobile interfaces and responsive desktop sites

• Excellent written and communication skills

• Fluency in English and Hindi. Added bonus if you know other Indian languages

Preferred Skills:

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and imaginative Generative AI Architect & Engineer to lead, design, and build cutting-edge solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI’s GPT-4/5, Google Gemini, Meta’s LLaMA, and Anthropic Claude. You will spearhead the development of a corporate-wide GenAI platform that harnesses proprietary enterprise knowledge and empowers sales, operations, and other departments with instant, contextual insights, guidance, and automation.

As the GenAI leader, you will be responsible for building scalable pipelines, integrating enterprise content repositories, fine-tuning or adapting foundational models, and creating secure and intuitive access patterns for business teams. You are passionate about creating highly usable solutions that solve real-world problems, and are fluent across architecture, implementation, and MLOps best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement an end-to-end GenAI solution leveraging LLMs to serve as a contextual assistant across multiple business units.
• Develop pipelines to ingest, clean, and index enterprise knowledge (documents, wikis, CRM, chat transcripts, etc.) using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns and vector databases.
• Lead fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and evaluation of LLMs, adapting open-source or commercial models to enterprise needs.
• Design a secure, scalable, API-first microservice platform, including middleware and access control, integrated into corporate systems.
• Work closely with sales, operations, and customer support teams to gather use cases and translate them into impactful GenAI features.
• Drive experimentation and benchmarking to evaluate various open and closed LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.) for best performance and cost-efficiency.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to enable MLOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, versioning, and A/B testing for AI models.
• Contribute to technical documentation, best practices, and internal knowledge sharing.

Key Qualifications:

• 4–5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML product development or applied research.
• Demonstrated experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, LLaMA, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, etc.) and RAG pipelines, including vector search (FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone, Chroma, etc.).
• Strong Python skills and experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Transformers, Ray, HuggingFace, or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of NLP, model fine-tuning, embeddings, tokenization, and content ingestion pipelines.
• Exposure to enterprise content systems (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, Salesforce, internal wikis, etc.) and integrating with them securely.
• Solid foundation in software architecture, microservices, API design, and cloud deployments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience with security, RBAC, and compliance practices in enterprise-grade solutions.
• Ability to lead projects independently and mentor junior engineers or data scientists.
