Position Overview:
Addonblue has an immediate opening for a Sr. Salesforce Developer. If you meet the below mentioned requirements and skills and looking for a career opportunity where you can be rewarded for your skills and expertise, then this is the ideal opportunity for you waiting!
What you’ll bring:
- 4+ years of strong Salesforce development experience including Apex and Lightning
- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices using Apex and Lighting
- Experience in web development technologies including HTML, JavaScript, CSS
- Experience with Salesforce Integration Patterns
- Experienced on Lightning components by using Aura/LWC framework
- Good at troubleshooting/debugging Salesforce application and providing technical solutions
- Experience with GitHub or any other version control
- Excellent knowledge in Force.com Apex Classes, Apex triggers, Batch Apex, Salesforce Integration, REST, SOAP based Web Services, Force.com API, Lightning
What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll work with stakeholders and end-users to gather, understand, and define business requirements
- You’ll judges the trade-offs with technology and feasibility to makes choices that fit the constraints of the project
- You will wear many hats and are responsible for everything from requirements gathering, Salesforce configuration, code development, software integration, testing, and post deployment support
- You’ll be actively communicating development progress to the stake holders
- You’ll be proactively engaged in continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development efforts
- You’ll leverage technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and “how-to” assistance
- You’ll performs regular reviews on implementation done by less experienced developers and provide feedback and suggestions for those codes
- You’ll lead & mentor the junior and mid-level developers of the team, and designate tasks to team members in a balanced and effective manner
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
- Salesforce Certified Architect (any of the architect certification)
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS
Skills and Abilities Required:
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle queries, problems, comments, objections and apply appropriate measures
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks while successfully achieving deadlines for tasks
- Possesses relationship building skills combined with a collaborative personal style with desire and drive for results
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Ability to meet shifting deadlines
