Role Overview:

As a Playwright Automation Engineer at Alphabin, you will be instrumental in delivering

robust test automation solutions that ensure flawless user experiences across web

applications. This role requires an expert-level engineer with a strong background in coding

using JavaScript, Typescript, or Java, and hands-on expertise in Playwright. You will be working

from our Surat office, with a fixed schedule time, allowing real-time collaboration with

international teams.

In this position, you will not only automate tests but also proactively check tasks manually,

engage in pair programming with developers, and leverage tools like Cursor and other AI

code generation platforms to enhance productivity and code quality.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks using Playwright.

● Write clean, maintainable, and efficient test code using JavaScript, Typescript, or Java.

● Collaborate closely with developers and testers to identify test scenarios and ensure full

coverage.

● Execute and analyze automated test results to detect UI/functional bugs and performance

issues.

● Perform manual testing of tasks when needed to ensure comprehensive validation.

● Work until 11 PM IST to support overlapping time zones and coordinate with international

teams.

● Proactively pair programs with developers to debug issues, write better tests, and ensure

seamless integration.

● Use Cursor and other AI-based code generation tools to accelerate test script creation

and optimize frameworks.

● Continuously improve the automation process, tools, and frameworks to increase test

efficiency and coverage.

● Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide detailed reports for the

development team.

● Integrate test scripts into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

● 1 to 2 years of experience in test automation and software QA.

● Hands-on experience with Playwright and a deep understanding of modern UI test

automation techniques.

● Proficiency in at least one programming language: JavaScript, Playwright, or Typescript (expert level).

● Fluent in English with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

● Strong understanding of DOM, selectors, and browser developer tools.

● Experience working in Agile development environments and using tools like Jira, Git, and

Jenkins.

● Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail.

● Familiarity with AI-driven development tools such as Cursor and similar platforms.

● Ability to clearly document, report, and communicate technical information.

● Comfortable working from the Surat office and extending work hours till 11 PM IST.

• Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
• Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
• Proofread and edit blog posts before publication
• Submit work to editors for input and approval
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
• Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
• Promote content on social media
• Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
• Update website content as needed

Our client is a leading global co-educational day and boarding school for ages 2-18 having it’s first campus in India based out of Pune. The school will follow the English National Curriculum and IGCSEs with students progressing to the IB Diploma Programme offering unparalleled excellence in sports, music, and the arts.

Roles & responsibilities:

Establish the Human Resource department for the central office as well as the school

• Manages all HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, benefits, and compensation

• Develops and maintains the school’s employee policies and procedures, employee handbook and employee forms

• Manages the recruitment process including posting, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for open positions

• Supports the Leadership Team in the recruitment of Expat faculty and staff

• Prepares and maintains accurate job descriptions and oversees the employee onboarding, orientation, exit processes and document completion

• Advises and consults with Head of School and relevant leadership team members to resolve and/or diffuse employee issues, oversees and directly engages in the resolution of delicate employee matters and seeks at all times to protect the School’s best interest

• Monitors and submits insurance claims related to worker’s compensation

• Develops, implements and maintains effective compliance with Employment and Labor Laws and Regulations

• Maintains employee records and files

• Oversees VISA, relocation, logistics and administration for Expat faculty and staff 

• Leads Annual Performance Management process for faculty and staff

• Leads professional development initiatives for faculty and staff

• Supervises HR Manager whose key responsibilities will be supporting the HR Team, administering payroll, benefits, relocation and logistics for expats, managing the school’s email account, vacation tracking

• Liaison with International educational authorities for Expat appointments 

• Strong executive coaching skills with a focus on leading through change

• Effective consulting skills covering the full range of HR disciplines

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate MBA-HR

• Work experience for an International School

• 15 – 20 years and above of relevant experience

• Excellent verbal and written fluency in English and Hindi.

• Related working experience as Executive Assistant in other international schools or companies is preferred.

• Good communication and coordination skills. 

• Good organisation skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint, OneNote, etc)

• Kind, pleasant and effective communicator, willing to serve people at all levels in the organization

• Working knowledge of human resource principles, procedures and practices

• Ability to effectively deal with multiple priorities, functions and activities

• Well-developed business ethics and the ability to maintain a high level of discretion

• Knowledge of Indian, Expat and state employment laws and regulations 

• Knowledge of business and payroll software, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of working on HR ERP would be preferred

• Proficient in the use and application of a range of psychometrics in assessment, selection and development environments

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact and diplomacy

• Knowledge & Experience of Expat appointments 

• Experience of working with an International school will be preferred

What are we looking for?

• AWS data Ops engineer.
• Overall 5+ years of exp in the software industry Exp in developing architecture data applications using python or scala, Airflow, and Kafka on AWS Data platform Experience and expertise.
• Must have set up or led the project to enable Data Ops on AWS or any other cloud data platform.
• Strong data engineering experience on Cloud platform, preferably AWS.
• Experience with data pipelines designed for reuse and use parameterization.
• Experience of pipelines was designed to solve common ETL problems.
• Understanding or experience on various AWS services can be codified for enabling DataOps like Amazon EMR, Apache Airflow.
• Experience in building data pipelines using CI/CD infrastructure.
• Understanding of Infrastructure as code for DataOps ennoblement.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and create quick PoCs.

You will be preferred if

• Expertise in Amazon EMR, Apache Airflow, Terraform, CloudWatch
• Exposure to MLOps using Amazon Sagemaker is a plus.
