Job Role:

Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to customers. Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services. Utilize engineering knowledge to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.Prepare and deliver accurate and competitive sales quotations, proposals, andcontracts. Ensure all customer communications are clear, professional, and effective. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and follow up on leads. Work closely with the engineering, marketing, and manufacturing, accounts and logistics teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product offerings. Job title: Technical PM & Solution Architect - Digital Acceleration

Responsibilities:
• Lead Upfront discovery and design for end to end technology architecture (E.g. though not limited to Web, Mobile, CRM, Inventory management, Customer management, Logistics),
• Defining, translating and delivering business vision for the digital journey the organization will be undertaking
• Actively lead the definition and evolution of the solution architecture
• oversee selection/ implementation of new components/applications,

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Data Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in data pipeline development, cloud infrastructure, and BI support, with a strong command of modern data stacks. You’ll be responsible for building scalable ETL/ELT workflows, managing data lakes and marts, and enabling seamless data delivery to analytics and business intelligence teams.

This role requires deep technical know-how in PostgreSQL, Python scripting, Apache Airflow, AWS or other cloud environments, and a working knowledge of modern data and BI tools.
