Junior Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimation & Coordination
• Work closely with interior designers to understand project requirements.
• Assist in preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimations.
• Provide market rates and vendor inputs during the design stage.
• Quotation Management
• Source multiple quotations for materials, furniture, fittings, and finishes.
• Prepare comparative statements (quotation analysis) for management review.
• Negotiations & Approvals
• Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms with vendors.
• Get approvals from management and issue purchase orders.
• Ensure all approvals, contracts, and documentation are properly maintained.
• Vendor & Material Management
• Identify and maintain a network of reliable vendors for all interior categories.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely supply as per project schedule.
• Resolve issues related to quality, billing, or delivery delays.
• Cost Control & Compliance
• Monitor material usage to minimize wastage.
• Ensure purchases are within approved budgets.
• Comply with company procurement policies and quality standards.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of interior materials, BOQs, and cost estimation.
• Ability to collaborate with interior designers and project managers.
• Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP procurement tools.
• 8–12 years’ experience in procurement/vendor management in interiors or construction.

You will be responsible for these Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

• Learner Journey Management: Own the entire user lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing support, ensuring a seamless and rewarding learning experience that prioritizes seriousness and intent.
• Personalized Communication: Act as the voice of the company, engaging with learners through calls, chats, and emails, addressing their needs with empathy, clarity, and problem-solving skills.
• Performance Excellence: Meet and exceed key metrics, including user satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates, consistently raising the bar for service quality.
• Relationship Building: Go beyond basic support to build deep, meaningful relationships with learners, fostering long-term loyalty and brand advocacy.

Your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Learner satisfaction and retention rates.
• Response time and resolution rates for learner queries.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 1-2 years of experience in customer success, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high-intent conversations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others succeed and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A serious, solution-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding user experiences.

·        Interpreting lessons in Sign language and supporting in conducting Sign Language workshops for Corporates.

·        Conduct training program as per the curriculum of Y4J.

·        Coordinate with Y4J partner companies for On Job Training (OJT) and placement of trained candidate.

·        Maintaining Physical and online MIS system.

·        Accompanying SHI Candidates for placements.

·        Supporting in mobilizing candidates for Training Center

·        Periodical Assessment of the Candidates and Reporting.

·        Supporting in organizing Online/Offline Workshops, Job fairs.

·        Supporting in organizing Corporate Workshops in Sign Language

·        Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

• A strong work ethic and sense of commitment
• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle i.e., sourcing qualified candidates to deploying selected candidates with the clients.
• Understanding & analyzing the requirement of the position based on client’s specifications.
• Experience in End-to-end recruitment: Sourcing to on boarding candidates.
• Sourcing of candidates via internet postings, networking, headhunting and internal Database.
• Ability to source resumes quickly and work on multiple positions simultaneously Thorough screening applications for identifying quality candidates.
• Sound knowledge on Sourcing Candidates thru RESDEX, Monster & various Job Sites.
• Excellent knowledge in Boolean function & usage of various job board database.
• Foster long-term relationships with candidates and clients
• Draft job descriptions push them through all talent acquisition channels and coordinate candidate sourcing with the same.
• Doing junior to middle level hiring for all verticals.
• Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met.
• Format resumes meeting client expectations.
• Telephonic Screening of the profiles checking for Technical Fitment, Behavioral Fitment, Stability etc.
• Utilize your innovative and effective convincing and negotiation skills to impress and attract top talent.
• Follow up with candidates and client and maintain records of progress.
• Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
• Keep up to date with new technological trends and products
• You need to be comfortable being an individual contributor and working in an ambiguous, chaotic and fast paced work environment.
• Strong decision-making skills

Minimum qualifications -
