About the Role  

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support the Founder's Office in administrative, coordination, and operational activities. This role will play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, including supporting documentation such as Statements of Work (SOWs), vendor coordination, and internal operations.

Key Responsibilities  

• Assist the Founder's Office in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
• Prepare, review, and manage Statements of Work (SOWs), contracts, and related documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Finance, Delivery, Sales) for documentation and approvals
• Maintain records, trackers, and documentation repositories with high accuracy
• Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-ups on action items
• Support vendor management, invoicing coordination, and basic financial tracking
• Ensure timely communication and coordination across departments
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Identify and streamline administrative processes for better efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications  

• 2–5 years of experience in administration, operations, executive assistance, or coordination roles
• MBA (preferred) or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business Administration / Commerce
• Experience working with SOWs, contracts, or business documentation
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced tech startup environment with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with basic finance/invoicing processes
• Exposure to vendor or client coordination
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred 

Technical Skills – Mandatory:

1. SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Development
2. API Connectors & Web Services Integration
3. Application Onboarding via WebService Connectors

• Note: Only Active Directory onboarding is not required

1. Be specific:

• Ask which connectors candidates have worked on (Preferred API or JDBC)
• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing SailPoint connectors like API or Webservice ,JDBC , MainFrame, LDAP, SQL Server, and Sybase
• Ask how many applications they’ve integrated via WebService

1. Proficiency in:

• Java
• API and JDBC
• Workflows
• filters
• Connector Development
• Integrated Applications

1. Experience in developing and debugging Java rules within IIQ
2. Expertise in developing rules at various levels: workflow, form, and Quicklink
3. Solid understanding and hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), specifically with SailPoint
4. Experience in writing rules to customize certification processes
5. Ability to write rules for custom task creation and execution
6. Expertise in SailPoint certifications such as Manager, Advanced, Account Group Permissions, and Delegation Rules
7. Experience in custom connector development

Job Title – Client Servicing- AOR

Location – Mumbai, Andheri

What process will you own and do:

● Must have influence and connections in AOR

● Building up relationships with Buyers, Planners, Client Servicing Teams in the AOR Agencies

● Ensure there is constant engagement with the AOR agencies

● Establish and Maintain Strong, long – lasting relationships with AORs.

● Identifying the upcoming brand campaigns

● Research about the brands active in media and identify the route Agency

● Coordinate with Direct Demand Generation team and get the list of the interested Brands

● Research Client Problems and Resolve using our Media Solutions

● Proactive ideas to be created using our Media for AOR agency clients

● Understand the requirement and pitch the respective agency about the interested brand

● Coordination between the internal team for client satisfaction.

● Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

● Ensuring our Media is part of every upcoming Media Budget of the Agency

● Ensuring all PO’s, Documentation, outstanding payments are always on track

● Managing relationships at all levels of decision-making positions at the Clients end.

● Understand client’s business goal, challenges, and needs.

● Develop and implement strategies to retain clients and encourage repeat business.

Knowledge & Experience required:

·        Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent degree.

·        7 years of development experience as a seasoned Java developer

·        7 years of experience in developing enterprise applications using enterprise Java 8 and has worked both on Web and Server side technologies.

·        A strong Java Backend Developer with Core Java 8, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST Web-services.

·        Expertise in Java Unit Testing Frameworks and tools such as JUnit, TestNG, Mockito etc.

·        As a Senior developer, must be comfortable switching tasks between Web Services, APIs, Batch Job engine or Web Development.

·        Passionate Java developer who is also a problem solver and has a very good understanding of core and advanced Java concepts.

·        Good understanding of database and data fundamentals in SQL Server 2017, Oracle and NoSql databases.

·        Good understanding of Web Service concepts and experience building RESTful services is required.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model

• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles

• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)

• Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript

• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)

• Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs

Key aspects of this role:

To be the right fit, you'll need:
• Minimum 4+ years relevant experience in application development and React JS.
• Knowledge of React hooks such that use Context, use Reducer, use Effect.
• Knowledge of React props and state management (both functional and class component)
• Strong understanding of Error boundary concept of react.
• Work experience with any react based UI library or Redux is preferable
• Experience in building cross-browser layouts with CSS and HTML
