Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks for financial applications

• Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and user stories

• Execute functional, regression, integration, and API testing with a focus on financial data integrity

• Validate complex financial calculations, transaction processing, and reporting functionalities

• Collaborate with Business Analysts and development teams to understand requirements and ensure complete test coverage

• Implement automated testing solutions within CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery

• Perform data validation testing against financial databases and data warehouses

• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution using defect management

tools

• Verify compliance with financial regulations and industry standards

• Generate test metrics and reports to provide insights into application quality and testing progress

• Participate in performance and security testing of financial systems

Innoviti’s first target category in this segment is small merchants selling electronic goods – mobiles, durables, laptops etc.  They are struggling the most as their customers find attractive offers online through partner brands and banks, which they can’t match in their stores.  These businesses offer the advantage of touch, feel and explanation in local language.  What they lack is the technology to discover, access customers and attract them with superior offers.

GENIE, our smart marketing platform helps them do that.  It is a mobile app that integrates with bank and brands on one end and Google and Facebook on the other.  It not only helps them discover and access customers searching for these products online, but also attract them to their stores with offers better than online.
10. The app was launched in July 2021 and has shown a 100% month-on-month growth, with more than 23% of the merchant’s monthly sales now happening through it.  
11. In the next 5 years Innoviti wants to scale up its GTV from $10Bn to $30Bn, multiplying its revenue 10X.

Designation:  Database Administrator

Responsibilities

• Provision MySQL instances, both in clustered and non-clustered configurations
• Ensure performance, security, and availability of databases
• Prepare documentations and specifications
• Handle common database procedures, such as upgrade, backup, recovery, migration, etc.
• Profile server resource usage, optimize and tweak as necessary

Skills and Qualification:

• Graduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline from Tier-1 Institutes

• 4-6 years of proven experience in Database Administration
• Decent experience with recent versions of MySQL
• Understanding of MySQL’s underlying storage engines, such as InnoDB and MyISAM
• Experience with replication configuration in MySQL
• Knowledge of de-facto standards and best practices in MySQL
• Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL statements
• Knowledge of MySQL features, such as its event scheduler
• Ability to plan resource requirements from high level specifications
• Familiarity with other SQL/NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc. 
• Knowledge of limitations in MySQL and their workarounds in contrast to other popular relational databases

The Python Backend Engineer position may be a good fit for you if:

1. You have 3 (or more) years of experience building and maintaining cloud applications.

SDE-II (FE)

Responsibilities

• Gather functional requirements from product management/UX teams and translate requirements into technical specifications to build robust, scalable, supportable solutions
• Serve as technical lead throughout the full development lifecycle, end-to-end, from scoping, planning, conception, design, implementation and testing, to documentation, delivery and maintenance. 
• Provide design reviews for other engineers, including feedback on architecture and design issues, as well as integration and performance. 
• Manage resources on multiple technical projects and ensure schedules, milestones, and priorities are compatible with technology and business goals.

• Build reusable code and libraries for future use

Requirements

• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3

• 20% - Design the user flows and mockups basis the product requirements, which would be defined by the founders and shared as inputs by the early users. Key features we are planning to build in the coming months: Forms and Social posting.
• 50% - Design the UI mockups based on the user flows defined above to clearly illustrate the design and functionality of the product. 
• 30% - Create industry and scenario-specific templates that can be readily used by users who are coming on the platform.
• Other short-term responsibilities: Create email and web designs for clients, as part of the product and services business.
