Hi Shanon, As discussed we have one open req for AI role. The right skill set I am looking for is experience with RAG pipelines, Performance monitoring of prompts and tuning. Multi model RAG and agentic AI soon but not night away. Needless to say Python and the NLP lib experience is a must. Database knowledge is also essential. The developer needs to be in Morgan Stanley offices 3 days per week. BLR location is preferred, if not Mumbai is also fine. Job Title: Business Development Executive

Locations: Delhi, Lucknow, and Pune

Responsibilities:

• Achieve regional client activation and sales targets through proactive territory management.
• Secure product specifications, approvals, and conversions by providing strategic sales guidance to clients and stakeholders.
• Meet sales targets across all product lines by planning and executing targeted sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with the sales team to retain and grow the customer base, building strong relationships with key accounts and identifying new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales and business development, specifically in tiles and bathware.

• Languages and Communication: Fluency in English and the relevant regional language is mandatory.

Responsible for managing inventory accuracy and coordinating logistics operations to ensure timely movement and availability of stock.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain stock records and inventory control
• Plan dispatches and coordinate with transporters
• Monitor inward/outward, returns, and stock levels
• Ensure FIFO, expiry tracking, and minimal stock loss
• Prepare basic inventory and logistics reports

Requirements:

1. Sr. Data Engineer:

 Core Skills – Data Engineering, Big Data, Pyspark, Spark SQL and Python

Candidate with prior Palantir Cloud Foundry OR Clinical Trial Data Model background is preferred

Major accountabilities:

• Responsible for Data Engineering, Foundry Data Pipeline Creation, Foundry Analysis & Reporting, Slate Application development, re-usable code development & management and Integrating Internal or External System with Foundry for data ingestion with high quality.
• Have good understanding on Foundry Platform landscape and it’s capabilities
• Performs data analysis required to troubleshoot data related issues and assist in the resolution of data issues.
• Defines company data assets (data models), Pyspark, spark SQL, jobs to populate data models.
• Designs data integrations and data quality framework.
• Design & Implement integration with Internal, External Systems, F1 AWS platform using Foundry Data Connector or Magritte Agent
• Collaboration with data scientists, data analyst and technology teams to document and leverage their understanding of the Foundry integration with different data sources - Actively participate in agile work practices
