Experience Required

• 4+ years of relevant professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on backend development using Python (mandatory).
• Write optimized and complex SQL queries; perform query tuning and performance optimization.
• Work extensively with the Odoo framework, including development and deployment.
• Manage deployments using Docker and/or Kubernetes.
• Develop frontend components using OWL.js or any modern JavaScript framework.
• Design scalable systems with a strong foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, and System Design.
• Handle API integrations and data exchange between systems.
• Participate in technical discussions and architecture decisions.

Interview Expectations

• Candidates must be comfortable writing live code during interviews.
• SQL queries and optimization scenarios will be part of the technical assessment.

Responsibilities : 

• Design, code, and implement highly scalable and reliable web-based applications.
• Coordinate with other team’s architect, engineers, and vendors, as necessary.
• Deliver on all phases of development work from initial kick-off, technical setup, application
development, and support.
• Identify exciting opportunities for adopting new technologies to solve existing needs and
predicting future challenges
• Perform ongoing refactoring of code, utilizing visualization and other techniques to fast-track
concepts, and delivering continuous improvement
• Work with product managers to prioritize features for ongoing sprints and managing a list of
technical requirements based on industry trends, new technologies, known defects, and issues
• Manage your own time, and work well both independently and as part of a team
• Quickly generate and update proof of concepts for testing and team feedback
• Embrace emerging standards while promoting best practices

Qualifications : 

• Must have java experience
• Experience in computer science, computer engineering
• Web development work experience preferred
• Demonstrated experience in Agile development, application design, software development, and
testing
• Experience with building RESTful APIs
• Expertise in objected oriented analysis and design across a variety of platforms
• Thorough understanding of JSON, Web Service technologies, and data structure fundamentals
• Experience with adaptive and responsive development techniques
• Aptitude for learning and applying programming concepts
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external business partners
• Experience with a broad range of software languages and payments technologies is a plus.

• To develop high-quality and detailed designs
• To conduct unit testing using automated unit test frameworks and identify and address possible risk by conducting mitigation action planning

• Experience in implementation of NMS/EMS applications and good understanding of FCAPS functionalities

• Experience in any of the rule engine like Drools and workflow creation like JBPM, Camunda

• Experience in designing and developing web-based applications using Java, J2EE, Web Services, MVC framework, Servlets Spring, Hibernate, Struts, REST, MYSQL.
• Experience in Database application programming for MySQL server using
  Stored Procedures, Triggers, Views etc.
• Experienced in implementing presentation layer using JSP, HTML, CSS, Ajax, JQuery. Java script.
• Experienced in Analysis, Design, Development, Integration, Deployment
  and Maintenance of Web services, Client Server and Web based applications.
• Well versed with Agile development process, Scrum.
• Good knowledge in version control system tools like GIT.

· Should be efficient with Java J2EE and related technologies.

Essential Requirements
