
The Installation Technician is responsible for on-site installation, assembly, and fitting of company products (such as wardrobes, kitchens, furniture, fixtures, or equipment) as per design specifications and quality standards. The role ensures timely completion of installations while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Carry out installation, assembly, and fitting of products (wardrobes, kitchens, sliding doors, fixtures, etc.) at customer sites.
· Read and interpret layout drawings, installation plans, and design specifications.
· Ensure all installations are completed as per company standards, within the given timelines.
· Conduct pre-installation checks, including site measurements and readiness verification.
· Handle tools, materials, and equipment responsibly and ensure proper maintenance.
· Coordinate with the project manager, designer, and client for smooth execution.
· Perform finishing work such as adjustments, alignment, and final inspection.
· Report any site issues, damages, or delays immediately to the supervisor.
· Follow all safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work area.
· Provide on-site service support and rectify installation-related issues if required.
