Summary

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused professional to join Miror Therapeutics Pvt. Ltd. as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, supporting patients, and promoting Miror’s healthcare products and services with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

·       Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers/patients to promote Miror’s healthcare products and services.

·       Provide accurate and detailed product information, address customer queries, and deliver high-quality service with empathy and understanding.

·       Communicate with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and SMS.

Overview

We are hiring a Legal Assistant to support our U.S.-based legal team. This is a client-facing role requiring professional English proficiency. While North American experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. Key Responsibilities

Legal Research and Analysis

· Conduct legal research using Westlaw, public databases, and AI tools, etc.
