Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate AI Developer & Solution Provider who thrives on solving real client problems using AI. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with Python, language models, chatbot development, and building scalable solutions using cloud services and modern databases. You will work directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver end-to-end AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions using LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude), SLMs, and open-source models.
• Develop and fine-tune chatbots, intelligent agents, and Agentic AI workflows for various client use-cases.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance LLM capabilities.
• Build secure, scalable backends using Python and integrate AI components with APIs, databases, and cloud systems.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into technically sound and scalable AI solutions.
• Deploy applications and services using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Work with structured and unstructured data, including setting up and managing databases (SQL, NoSQL).
• Stay updated with the latest trends in AI/ML and help bring innovative solutions to the team and clients.
• Document solutions and provide technical support during client handover and implementation.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong Python programming experience, especially for AI/ML development.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, SLMs, OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.
• Practical knowledge of RAG, vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma).
• Experience with Agentic AI systems, frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI), and chatbot development.
• Good understanding of databases – both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
• Solid experience with cloud platforms: AWS (SageMaker, Lambda), Azure (OpenAI, ML Studio), GCP (Vertex AI, Functions).
• Comfortable interacting with clients and delivering tailored AI solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with fine-tuning/custom training of models.
• Experience in deploying scalable APIs (e.g., FastAPI, Flask).
• Background in data engineering or MLOps.
• Familiarity with DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for the Fiserv Signature platform, responding to issues, troubleshooting, and resolving technical problems efficiently.

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to analyze, configure, and implement solutions on the Fiserv Signature platform.

• Assist in system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities to ensure the platform remains secure and up to date.

• Conduct detailed investigations to identify root causes of issues and propose effective solutions.

• Support client onboarding, data migrations, and customizations as needed.

• Document issues, resolutions, and procedures to maintain a knowledge base for the support team.

• Provide training and guidance to end-users regarding system features, functionalities, and best practices.

• Work with vendors or Fiserv support for escalation of unresolved issues and coordination of system fixes.

• Identify areas of improvement within the platform and collaborate with the development team to implement solutions.

• Perform system monitoring and performance checks to ensure optimal platform performance.

• Assist in testing new features and updates prior to production rollout.

• Keep clients updated on progress, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Secondary Skill

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Proven experience supporting Fiserv Signature or similar banking/financial services platforms.

• Strong technical proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues.

• Familiarity with banking systems, transactions, and financial software.

• Understanding of system architecture, integrations, and workflows in relation to Fiserv Signature.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience in project management and working with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Fiserv Signature or similar platforms.

• Experience with database management (SQL, Oracle, etc.).

• Experience with web services, APIs, and integrations.

• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

• Should have hands-on experience with Java   

• Strong experience in Spring Boot, Micro Services

• Ability to interface well with externally facing departments and directly with customers

Primary Skills:   

• 2 years of Spring Boot and Microservices.   

• 3+ years of experience in Core Java.   

• Proficiency with Spring Framework.   

• Innovate new approaches algorithms, libraries, tools, platforms, for relevant development areas   

• Strong programming skills in Core JAVA / J2EE expert level   

• Good at data structures, algorithms, problem-solving, and design patterns   

• Knowledge of Web Services, Spring, ORM Frameworks, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud Gateway, OAuth2.0, Spring Security, JWT, Eureka, Hystrix, Apache Cassandra   

• Should be well familiar with SQL/NO-SQL database   

• Knowledge of Spring Batch, Kubernetes, Docker is a plus point
