Job Role: Video Editor

Experience Level: 1.5+ - 10 years

Location: Bangalore, Onsite

Job Description: We are looking for someone with previous social media reels edit/ creation experience with multiple different types of brands who holds at least an experience of 1.5 Years plus.

Roles/Responsibilities:

● Creation of Social media posts, reels, etc .

● Edit videotapes, insert music, dialogue, and sound effects, and arrange films into sequences.

● Correct errors, using editing equipment.

● Must know motion graphics.

● Minimum 8-10 edits in a day.

● Should be a master in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe Premiere Pro.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our retail locations. The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring the store operates efficiently, meeting sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Manage and lead a team of sales associates, setting goals and providing coaching to ensure targets are met.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing customer concerns and feedback.
• Monitor inventory levels, order stock, and manage product displays.
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports for senior management.
• Implement promotional activities and sales strategies to drive revenue.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, health and safety regulations, and local laws.
• Conduct regular store audits and ensure the store's appearance is up to company standards.
• Handle store budgets, payroll, and scheduling efficiently.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.
• Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques.
• Ability to motivate a team and drive sales performance.

• Engineering Graduates or Postgraduates with 2-5 years of experience in mobile development, who have designed and developed advanced applications for the Android platform in B2C domain. Experience of development of app for retail domain is an added advantage.  
• Must have working skills:  
  • Kotlin, RXJava, Dependency injection (Koin/Dagger) 
  • Unit Test 
  • Worked on multi-threaded applications 
  • MVP and MVVM 
• In depth understanding of Android recommended design principles, interface guidelines and coding best practices.  
• Experience with performance and memory tuning of complex apps.
